前两三个月，计算数学学者谢干权实名举报包刚学术剽窃，之后新语丝又出现了Yequan
指控包刚的学术诚信。这些指控，说服了国家自然科学奖的评委，在今年八月对包刚投
了反对票，使他在二等奖的最后一轮“功亏一篑”。
这段时间，包刚和他的支持者到处鸣冤叫屈。那么，这位院士候选人到底有没有学术诚
信问题呢？带着这一疑问，我又看了看他的院士公示材料（就是所谓的三千字），只看
前面一千字，就可以轻松地找到答案。
1. 杜撰充分肯定
公示材料一开始，就有：“取得的成果得到包括… 瑞典皇家科学院和工程院院士
Engquist … 等同行的充分肯定和引用。”
由于这三千字再也没有提这位院士院士的名字，也没有提供参看什么附件之类的，让人

得一个queue就够了，然后如果assume key永远不会重复，那么add就仅仅是加进queue
和hashtable，getMsg()也只是query，只有getAvg（）的时候做delete，worst case的
time complexity是O(n),因为有可能把所有的msg都删掉。这样做的坏处是memory可能
占用很多，然后synchronization的overhead比较高。
为了减少synchronization overhead，我觉得可以考虑不用shared system，每一个
thread搞一个thread local的queue和hashtable，这样add的时候需要load balancing
，query的时候需要gather，然后getAvg的时候需要gather和scatter，和distributed
system一样了，呵呵。 |
