对于普通prepaid gift card，上次有大牛在某贴里说过那些scam的人拿个小仪器偷偷
把卡号扫入软件内，等有人买了激活后，这些人第一时间就得到notification就去冲，
这可以理解
但是香草这种要冲入的卡，那些人挖掉一位数字以外除了损人之外，我还是想不明白如
何获利。特别香草是充值卡，要冲入bb，即便这些人用假ssn搞了n多bb，还是很容易被
track down，一旦买家报告incomm，立马封卡（如果scammer还没冲），或者freeze
scammer的bb卡，scammer根本没有时间套现。这点和前面所说普通prepaid gift card
完全不同，那些prepaid gc卡让scammer是可以通过直接买大量物品甚至money order直
接套现的。
退一万步来说，即便scammer有渠道能够短时间内套现，要利用真正买卡的买家充值前
的时间差，可这挖掉一位数字又有什么意义呢？
看过听过很多种诈骗scam后，居然一直想不透这种scam白香草挖号的意义何在

deliver一个月被cc charge back了，我赶紧把ups tracking 给了paypal，没用， 还
是输了case。

假设这个forwarding是good business，寄丢东西、寄坏东西能勇于承担责任，而且我
现在confirm了他不是一个scammer，那么我的风险目前和寄美国国内区别不大了。
Amazon和ebay protect me against scammer within US都比较容易。但是国外会麻烦

这事儿虽然不是你的责任， 但没完没了， 太耗时间。根据我的经验， 建议你做的几
件事情
1. 放个7年的alert在你的credit report上， 有人开卡会给你打电话核实
2. 在lifelock.com开个户， 帮你看着。 找个coupon, 一年不到100
3. 在fedex, ups上开户， 并设置delivery manager. 那些scammer有你的信息开户的
话， 可以用你的名字开卡买东西， 在ship到你的地址的途中改hold在指定fedex
office, 他们再去取（scammer离我1个小时车程， 但不知没ID如何能取到）。 我有一
张master card关掉再寄新卡途中被劫， 两天花去1000刀， 触发alert我才知道的
4. 保护好你现有的卡。 对方可以给信用卡公司打电话改你现有卡的contact info,
email, 电话什么的都换了。 所以你要设置个打电话的password， 也要设置各种alert

首先Raise网站有注册公司license,有anti-fraud部门和手段，卖家的信用卡和个人信
息都是有记录的。而且scammer只要有一个人举报card fraud就会被封得不能自理，钱
也会退给卖家，所以在Raise上反复fraud作案的可能性本来就不大。而且raise有交易
限额，所以你在同一个scammer手上买到几十万gc的可能性几乎无限趋近于零。小额的
话你是victim of fraud，应该是你找raise而不是警察叔叔找你。最后你的交易都是有
invoice和record的，出了问题当然是商家 （Raise）负责。
这个人被抓主要是因为(1)非法渠道购买巨量gc or cash equivalent（无商家记录，无
交易记录，无法证明合法来源），(2)作死倒买倒卖~=销赃
第一条相当于你在黑市买手枪，出了问题不抓你抓谁？这个人从三哥手上买这么多低价
黑卡肯定是知道来路不正的，自己作死当然自己承担后果。
买东西最好先看看商家资质，不要在非法渠道购买东西，从国内来的小刘得补补这方面
