没啥秘方
1. 牛尾抄水
2. 起锅把各种大料一起油煸一煸有香味，放入豆瓣酱一起翻两下
3. 加料酒和酱油冰糖和水烧开，倒入牛尾一起大火烧开，中火炖30 分钟
4，再加入土豆，胡萝卜一起烧开
5，放入焖烧锅，齐活
一个半小时后开吃哈，本来吃之前还想再热一下，没想到温度一点都没降，放到炉子上
没一分钟直接就翻滚了，（尝了味道有点淡放了点盐）
太保温了,内锅是Tri-Ply 很给力 |
