560是很便宜 但是是一室一厅的 家里来人了 就不好住了 而且住的离上学地方还蛮远
的
所以一个是想改善下居住条件
再就是想着以后房价会涨
这个acc fees 好象是包括了保险和管理费的

% efficient, gas is not. If you require very hot water to keep the dishes
clean and sanitized. It does not make sense to keep 30-40 gallons of hot
water in a storage tank at the hotest setting 24 hours a day. It is much
more cheaper to just heat up a small amount in the dish washer when needed.
Just my 2 cents, but you can do what ever you think is cheaper. |

years old, but it is not 100% efficient. I only keep water temp at medium
hot level, if I keep temp at the hotest level (necessary to sanitize the
dishes), it will become even less efficient, the amount of the energy that
is used to maintain the water hot (not to confused with the energy that is
used to heat up the water) due to heat loss should be a lot more than the
electricity cost to just a heat up a few gallons to v |

Bleach, (they are cheap, use lots)
Rinse with lots of water.
Repeat one more time if that makes you feel better. |

两棵树还可以用耙子， １０几棵树没有个blower别活了。
处理树叶还是麻烦， 两棵树可以挖坑埋了做肥料， １０几棵树需要call专门的垃圾
公司， 摆外面会被sanitation罚款。
大树还有斜枝问题， 必须定期修剪， 以防事故， 如果长期不减斜枝大了， 请专
业人员过来一次１０００。
等树长大了以后还不能随便砍， 种的时候没人管你， 砍的时候一堆forestry的人就

杯似的。适合小房间，不适合大房间。。。而且有风扇的声音，原理就是让气流从下边
吹到上面，中间经过紫外灯照射，杀掉细菌之类的东西。对付小宝宝的diaper的异味很
管用，呵呵 |

囱顶上漏水造成的。地下室墙上WATER MARK旁边发现MOLD。INSPECTOR建议不用现在作

早晨天还没亮，被外面卡车的气闸声声惊醒。懊恼地发现，又一次忘了把垃圾箱拖出来
，只能错过这周的生活垃圾收集了。好在现在减肥阶段，厨子减肥全家瘦，连垃圾都跟
着缩水。再加上天寒地冻，也不会有异味，下个星期再收毫无压力。
还好可回收垃圾是在上午收的，我还来得及把recycle bin摆出去。这个小筐子体积可
不太够用，尤其是圣诞将近，几乎每天都有网购的包装盒要扔。
下午，去收垃圾箱，赫然发现里面躺着一张letter size的纸。上面写着

突然有个人喊，sir，sir。
我抬头一看，一个坐轮椅的老太太，拿着一个塑料密封的纱布，示意我帮她撕开，
我撕开一点后，她又觉得没法拿出纱布，又要我帮忙撕开，我最后帮她撕开了，
才发觉她的嘴巴根本合不上，牙龈上有很大的红红的血洞。
突然决定很害怕，按照美国的医疗条件，牙龈上这么大的血洞肯定不是牙齿的问题，会
不会是免疫系统的问题？
然后我就想到艾滋病，想到她要用纱布，显然是那里出血了。
估计手上有血液的病毒。
这么一想，我浑身不自在，到学校后赶紧去厕所洗手，弄hand sanitizer。
但是还是很不自在。好吓人啊。
会不会被感染上啊？我不是歧视艾滋病人，只是怕被传染上。心理实在害怕。 |
