可是看寄来的instruction，如下情况下才递交Austin的税务中心：

file Form 2555, 2555-EZ, or 4563, or are a dual-status alien or nonpermanent

2009 tax year. To be a qualifying child for

a child must be a dependent, so Form 8901
is no longer needed
而nonresident alien一般是不可以claim dependent，这样也就不能有child tax
credit了 （6个国家除外：Canada，Mexico，Korea, Republic of， American
Samoa Northern Mariana Islands， India - students ONLY）。

Islands的特例）？
因为对于owes his sole allegiance to the United States这句不明白什么意思。
所以像F1 student NR，就该勾选Line 2 other NR aliean么？

了。
Oahu岛上唯一的一小片雨林在Manoa Fall，在夏威夷大学后面，不大，Hiking一两个小
时足够了，但是也能感受一下雨林的气氛。这个地方一般游客不知道，旅行社也不可能
带着去。
大岛上是没有雨林的，大多数是荒地（想像一下火山刚喷发完的样子）。岛北边才有一
些树林。如果实在想看火山，安排一两天在大岛好了，但是Oahu的行程就要压缩了。不
建议这么做。火山一直在活动，每天岩流情况都不一样，去了也不能保证就能看到岩浆
，有可能只是远远的看看白烟。由于路面不断被岩浆覆盖，现在可能看到岩浆的地方离
能停车的地方已经很远了，需要在高低不平的凝固岩浆上走几个小时才能看到。很多人
喜欢晚上去，能看清岩浆的红色，这样下午就要从停车场开始步行，才能保证前半夜能
离开公园往回走。如果没有那么强烈的看到流动的岩浆的欲望，倒不需要花那么多时间
。如果真要去，记住几点：
1. 不要住在Kona，离火山公园太远，住在Hilo附近。
2. 晚上在岩浆上走是很危险的事情，一定要多个人在一起，准备足够的水，手电，一

从大航海时代的游戏中，再或许是加勒比海盗的电影里，幻想着有一天能纵横四海。让
我印象深刻的就是只有看到过南十字星的水手才能算老水手，不同的作品里都描写过水
手第一见到南十字星的兴奋和激动。
皆可看到，这次来大岛，我下定决心要看到。
山，有名的夏威夷果巧克力牌子就用了这名字，Mauna Kea更高一些，从海底的山脚算
得话，有一万米高，比珠峰高多了，因此尽管在热带，也可能六月飞雪。就在我们回去
没两天，听说山顶上又下了厚厚的新雪。
本常年积累着云气，开出云层便豁然开朗，可以看到火山的真貌，回头则是无边的云海。
岩浆暂时停止了，所以Halema'uma'u也是唯一看火山活动的地方了。Halema'uma'u 是
传说中夏威夷火山女神Pele的家，有的女神画像非常形象，女神平和时候，山上的雪和
云就好像女神戴着的发冠，黑色的火山石是她的长发，山上流水和森林像披着的纱衣，
她孕育了一切生命。但女神不悦起来，烟云就笼罩起来，发怒起来，火焰般的头发向空

僅持駕照坐飛機？難了！因「真實身分法」(REAL ID Act)，包括紐約州等多個州的民
眾不得再持駕照搭飛機或進出聯邦機構，未來必須持護照或其它聯邦許可證件，此政策
將於10月正式生效。
2005年，聯邦政府因應九一一恐怖攻擊而立下「真實身分法」，根據該法，州政府核發
的駕照必須涵蓋所有例行資料，包括照片、出生日期、簽名等，而且必須有晶片這類「
能讓機器讀取的科技」，盼減少身分盜竊及欺詐，增加國家安全。沒有合乎聯邦規定的
駕照，不只搭機更困難，搭遊輪和進入一些聯邦大樓也有問題。
紐約州機動車輛管理局(DMV)網站寫明，紐約州已獲得「真實身分法」延遲實施至10月

这里主要是介绍这几个主要Polynesian Triangle 里的tribe 的文化
我们到的有点晚，刚转了转，独木舟表演就开始了，在河两边各有一个看台，已经坐满
了，但其他地方也看得到。一个个tribe 轮流上场做表演：
看看人家的草裙舞，这幅度。。。
所有的表演者都很投入，兴致很高，看的人也不由自主的投入起来。
Samoa以火著称， 这个是他们部落村里的cooking表演，这个就是PCC的No.1 Star, Tap
. 晚上的Horizon show 还有他的火舞。 他很幽默，cooking表演包括钻木取火，引火
，摘椰子，开椰子，做椰奶椰蓉也很有趣，绝对推荐。旁边还有一些木头供游客练习取

今天的第一站是dole 植物园，产菠萝的好地方。而且还有一个大迷宫可以走。我们两
个懒虫到的时候，已经快正午了。太阳下走迷宫，呵呵，咱还是吃冰激凌去吧。我手里
捧着一个大菠萝冰激凌杯，LG居然说这黄黄的一堆象坨屎。恶人，他吃得可比我欢畅多
了。我们坐了个小火车逛菠萝园，很合我们懒人的一贯做风。☺☺
本来打算在Wailea beach 看看专业surfing的。近来风平浪静的，就干脆直奔了Kahulu
的Shrimp Truck 。这个Kahulu 老sugar mill 前Famous Shrimp Truck 声名远扬，厨
子象是勤劳的韩国大妈。11刀10来只虾，做得有滋有味的。几把阳伞撑在路边的小山包
上，啃着大虾，吹着凉风，不错，不错，太不错了。☺☺☺
下午定了Polynesian Cultural Center， 跟深圳的民俗村差不多。表演却是大大不及
。唯一可提的是Samoa族的钻木取火和上树摘椰子的表演。Host 十分搞笑，媚眼也抛得
极有水平。 |

买票的时候有点担心不知coupon会不会有问题，不过事实证明担心是多余的。买的就是
admission+晚上Horizon show的combo, 用buy 1 get 1 free coupon 省了$43.
天气变得很快，昨晚到的时候已经midnight了还是有点热，刚才路上有一会已经下雨了
，风吹来还有点冷呢，这会又晴了。
PCC 里独特的屋顶
这里主要是介绍这几个主要Polynesian Triangle 里的tribe 的文化
我们到的有点晚，刚转了转，独木舟表演就开始了，在河两边各有一个看台，已经坐满
了，但其他地方也看得到。一个个tribe 轮流上场做表演：
看看人家的草裙舞，这幅度。。。
所有的表演者都很投入，兴致很高，看的人也不由自主的投入起来。

终于从CBP DC和夏威夷CBP拿到最终消息，AS算美国领导的独立政府，进出都需要有效
的美国签证，算国际线。已经cancel了航班 |

我们大概下午两点半到的，正好看独木舟表演，
之后去看了大屏幕的IMAX,关于保护珊瑚的，效果不错，
不过有点长，早知道多花点时间逛村落了。
我们也吃的Ali'i Lu'au, 感觉口味还行。
用entertainment book的coupon可以省45刀，但要到售票处redeem.
晚上那个show很精彩，尤其Samoa玩火的那段很赞哟。
PCC很值，既可以了解文化，又可以have fun~ |

你们24号那天去Maui比较英明，后来下午PCC就下雨了。
Samoa爬树表演也取消了说是雨滑。后来下一场爬了可天黑了不好照相
觉得Alli Luau那个众壮汉抬那个烤全猪出来还是很fun的，可惜也天黑了
不知道你们尝了那个菠萝装的混有菠萝，椰汁，香蕉的那种smoothie没有。
我们那天早饭吃的飞机上剩下的snack, 就匆忙出发，中饭没吃，所以到晚上
当时等自助等得要饿晕了，因为是轮桌子上去拿得，还好当时能点个
菠萝smoothie～觉得异常可口。我们没时间去看Imax, 据说很impressive阿！
坐大巴的时候，车上的司机兼导游卖力劝大家跟他的15刀一人的团
说是看到很多人地图都拿反在那看，焦头烂额，没有逛完村落，尤其是
我们这类到那里都下午2点半左右的了。后来我们没听他忽悠，看了地图，
觉得比disney小很多，比sea world还小，而且各种show的schedule都
安排得很好，完全可以自己逛。后来发现那导游居然让跟他得人坐在一个
地方听他谈当地的文化，而旁边的汤加鼓表演就要开始了，听他的人一脸
无奈的坐在那里。 |

发帖数: 152 | 49 纯粹个人意见。我7号刚玩过了。说实话，还真是有点失望。我在深圳呆过几年，南方
人。PCC远不如深圳的民俗文化村（门票60人民币好象），华侨城，或者阳朔那个叫世
外桃源的，感觉中国好多旅游城市都有类似的这样的民族村落，都差不多。LG一进园就
傻了，他说这不就是民俗文化村吗？关键是这园子还真是小啊！如果不看表演，一小时
加拍照肯定转完。唯一亮点就是两个表演：samoa表演谈吐幽默，fiji敲鼓的那个胖子
叫3个人学他表演非常之搞笑。庆幸的是前一天把luau取消了，少花了100多块前。后来
晚上和LG到fook yuen吃了一顿，姜葱两只龙虾、生蚝、青菜，也就65块。我的一整本
entertainment book就用了pcc一张coupon。如果晓得是pcc跟民俗文化村一样，我连书
都不买了。还不如在白沙滩上躺一天，白沙滩好美啊，可惜最后一天环岛时间紧，只逗
留了一个多小时。
还有maui岛的火山啊浮潜啊hana之路啊等等，我有好多话要说啊。不过没时间了，明天
还要开车去大峡谷。等有时间慢慢整理出来。 |

不过楼主说的那个samoa的主持真是有够搞笑的，给我们逗的肚子抽筋眼泪横飞啊。他
自己就是一个comedy show
