新生介绍，我就简单聊几句，希望能抛砖引玉。版面也能更活跃些。
刚来奥本的时候，被问过好几次这个问题：你在中国的时候，怎么会知道AU的？你有朋
友在这里吗？开始我只能老实说，奥本只是我申请的近20所学校里3所给我奖学金的1所
，而且是第一个给我的，所以我就来这了。后来，想了个他们更喜欢的简单理由，因为
按字母排列AU在很前面，所以我就选她了。
学校
奥本的校园很紧凑，挺大，但大部分院系间你都可以步行到达。标志总是Samford
Hall。原本建校的时候只有一个建筑，好像叫什么Old Main，后来在一场大火中化为灰
烬。刚刚建立没多久的East Alabama Male college也因此大受影响，很多人都认为这
个College也就这么完蛋了。后来，在种种努力下，在Old Main的基础上建立了现在的
Samford Hall，该大楼现在一直作为学校的主要行政大楼。有意思的事，离Samford
Hall几十码之遥的Hagis Hall也曾在一片大火中险些化为灰烬。如果大家现在去Hagis

Ohio state, U maryland do accept international student.
U Minni and Midwestern (arizona) gave out intervew for the international
student, do not know whether they accept or not.
I heard Nova and Samford are very competitive.

自1999 年10月～ 2000 年3月，在美国伯明翰市Samford大学药学院教授的指导下
，我在四所医院学习临床药学，所经历的一切与国内医院的工作有很大差别，看到学到
了许多新的服务方式，突出的是药师作为健康服务体系中的一员，在为患者服务的过程
中扮演了重要的不可缺少的角色，通过药师的服务帮助患者实现了个体化给药。
1 抗凝门诊（Anticoagulation Clinic）
主要监测口服抗凝剂华法林的治疗过程，患者多为房颤、心瓣膜置换术后、深静脉
血栓、充血性心衰而需终身用药者，药师的任务是根据患者的状况及凝血酶原时间/国
际标准比值（PT/INR值），调整华法林剂量，并了解患者用药过程中出现的问题。新患
者来后先看宣教录像，使其了解与华法林用药相关的病症和药物的作用，同时填写药历
首页，包括病史、过敏史及致敏药物、个人卫生习惯、现用药情况等。然后药师与患者
或其护理者交谈，根据患者当天的PT/INR值，参考医师为此患者订出的INR治疗范围，
决定华法林的用药剂量，同时给患者一些通俗易懂 |
