试剂盒有问题，准确度低于30%（王辰院士也提到过核酸试剂盒的准确度是30%-50%），
所以就退回了。这批有问题的试剂盒不是跟中国大规模合同(432 M 欧元)里面的试剂盒

administration “refuses” to enforce the country’s immigration laws, House

Florida Republican Rep. Ted Yoho says Mexico should not get foreign aid
until the U.S.-Mexico border is secure.
“Mexico should not be accepting American generosity with one hand and
covering their eyes to the situation at the border with the other,” Yoho
