不过很破碎
IT行业的人很多，估计也是议论纷纷。这里马工这么多，估计更是无穷的见解
微软的民主文化很让人向往，这个也是老式科研界的风格，现在不再如此了。那就是，
给人很大的空间和尊重，很多的资源，放羊的。但是，没有成果，处罚也很严，倒不是
开除之类的，而是说没有晋级空间了。
这个最适合天才型人物。
其他，大型企业的官僚文化和勾心斗角，估计是常见的，不应该是微软的独自问题。微
软或许没能控制住这些。
我不相信微软缺乏人才，华为靠2流人才都可以发达。
我觉得，微软缺乏洞察力，有足够的钱和人力，但就是不知道要干什么好。或许
ballmer就是salesman，贴近市场，不长于开发超越性的产品
