which can hold 2-5 persons. the boat is for sailing not for cruising. At
least 2 people on the boat need to be very experienced. Not sure if it's
good for casual fun activities.

Charles river can be easily done by self. ( from Soldier Field R parking
lots).
Many of us get tired from last several weeks events and will focus on next
big event in Colorado. We won't schedule any quietwater or whitewater trips
nearby until July 4th weekend. We still plan some sea kayaking though.

提高，离不开身体素质训练，包括力量，爆发力，耐力，平衡力等等，而且这些能力还
必须在对抗的情况下能表现出来。我对训练的几点心得

了解)，船的价格差别很大，象以前我们的一艘16‘ 87年的船，才$1700(更便宜的，就要
小心出得去回不来)，现在一艘18’ 93 gradywhite，花了$8000。至于能出去钓tuna的，
至少要30‘左右或者以上，好一点牌子的新船就要$100，000。不要看着别人钓到鱼卖钱
眼红，出去钓tuna费用挺高的，象在这里去canyon(海里的)，一趟出去油钱鱼饵现在大概
要$1200，yellow fin不值钱，那两条神秘的鱼估计是大只的bluefin，大船一般要停在
marina里面，一年的费用也很高。还有每年的维护，也是很大的一笔开销。认识几个经常
出去钓tuna的人(钓了很多年)，没有人可以靠这个发财的(运气好，是可以钓不少，运气
不好，油钱就打水飘了，那么好钓，tuna也就不值钱了)，而且tuna也是有limit的，如果
