发帖数: 2284 | 1 两年前，我们俱乐部的狐朋狗友们打算去Blue Ridge Parkway骑个三百迈左右。这条路
大大地有名，就是版上几位美女刚去的那条Skyline Drive，再向南延伸三百多英里直
到Great Smoky Mountain的那一段。那么长而艰险的一段骑行，Support and Gear(SAG
)随队行动以提供后勤支持是最为重要的。但是问题在于：大家都要过瘾，找不到专职
驾驶SAG车辆的人。为此我编了一段SAG计划以解决这个问题，计划出来了，然而大家因
故未能成行，直到我们BBS自行车版面的小伙伴完成了这个壮举，真是令人感慨不已！
我大概择其要点把计划贴出来－这个计划的原则适用于所有在偏远地区组团骑行需要
SAG支持的情况，所以不管是大家准备梅开二度也好，要尝试新的挑战也好，都可以考
虑这种方式。
SAG车辆： 从租车公司搞MiniVan。好处是： 有利于分担驾驶责任（后面要提到）和
费用。租的MiniVan多为Dodge Grand Caravan 或类似款型，用stow and go放倒第三排
座椅后，内部空间非常富裕。

颁奖典礼是 Jan 25. 说 “80% of SAG winners in the individual acting
categories have gone on to win Oscars” 和 “Winners of the ensemble trophy

我们一个30多岁两个孩子的男的，非穿sagging，人又
很胖，内裤就是一个红色的绳子夹在两个屁股中间根本
大部分都看不见！
然后工作态度又太积极。让他们把电脑装好，他非得抢着装，

沉，确认是foam弹性已经不行了。目前沙发其他状况良好，其实只要能够更换一下foam
就可以了，但是不知道再哪里能买到尺寸形状正好合适的foam。一般家具店会给提供这
种replacement吗？想想就为这个换一个新沙发也很不值啊。 |

们上次去的时候倒是有部分人开车到30miles左右的地方晚些开始骑以及他们骑的要短
一些愿意做support,但因大部地区手机没号所以事实上也没什么用。

前言：
事前我十天没骑车，除了度假和啤酒，啥也没干，算是被迫taper了。
事实证明，只要一不怕苦，二不怕“死”，三不怕大胆，人人都能骑三翠。
虽然我骑过三翠，但是最难的只有100mile/6000尺爬升。
星期四和缪哥联系上，周五出去lunch ride,算是见面认识了。很遗憾我临时改时间，
要不缪哥还可以认识大名鼎鼎的老费。周五顶风飙了18迈，很过瘾，大概是taper了十
天的结果，感觉很好，觉得信心爆棚的可以去报名death ride了（晚上回家查资料，发
现6/25还会再re-open registration）。
周六清早临时决定不去大波罗，”含泪饮恨”错过拜见鼠鼠，对不起哈！

蓝色线的位置），该裂缝中间粗，到了两边就消失了。
仔细看发现其中一个corner对应的车库里面的白色墙上也有裂缝。在车库里面的门上方
有一块很粗的横向木头，其上没有看到明显裂缝。
车库的一部分位置上方有个房间，你是说这个房间的门的corner上也会有裂缝？还是窗
户？
这个问题是属于header sagging么？header sagging和founation settlement或者结构
性的原因造成的crack有什么差别呢？我遇到的这个问题该怎么解决呢？大概需要多少
钱才能修好呢（或者说要多少credit合适呢）？ |

cushions on the same sofa should usually have the same fatigue level if they
are used evenly. so sagging you experience is more likely to be caused by
failing suspension system. put your cushion on hard ground, sit on it, and
feel if the sagging is the same when the cushion is on sofa. |
