运气的事，我原来是ny的驾照，到了加州第一次给了到H1b到期的时间，h1b renew后又
去办驾照renew，结果只给了我1年半有效期！！而同时有个朋友，一样的H1b，从康州
来直接给了5年，还有朋友也是h1b，开始3年，然后renew又给了5年，而且连i797都没
要！！靠！

TO can void his contract with Niners. It was in his contract. The difference
is about the deadline of doing so. The NFL ask the NFLPA ( player association)
to inform TO that the deadline is late Fed( can not remember the exact date).
However, in TO's contract it is specified very clearly that the deadline is
