2800X这东西。
El Chapuzas Informatico放出了AMD最新的PPT，从上面可以看出采用12nm Zen+核心的
新品一共有四个，分别为Ryzen 7 2700X、Ryzen 7 2700、Ryzen 5 2600X、Ryzen 5
2600，售价分别为369美元、299美元、249美元和199美元，话说这次全都送散热器了。
Ryzen 7 2700X为8核16线程，基础频率3.7GHz，最大Boost频率4.35GHz，TDP 105W；
Ryzen 7 2700为8核16线程，基础频率3.2GHz，最大Boost频率4.1GHz，TDP 65W；
Ryzen 5 2600X为6核12线程，基础频率3.6GHz，最大Boost频率4.25GHz，TDP 95W；

貌似现在的解释是：

with lightly threaded applications. And we can clearly see some of the
reasons for this.
We see the 7350K come out ahead of even the 1800X, so the games are clearly
not heavily threaded. Yet Intel 6-10 core CPUs, which the 1800X outperform
in both ST and MT loads more often than not, seems to have no problems

可我online order出来的是Ryzen 7 $100 combo，Ryzen 5啥也没有。我家里MC太远，

发帖数: 334 | 28 最近给儿子装机，买了AMD Ryzen 5 1500X和ASROCK A320M-HDV主板，接上外置显卡、
内存、硬盘，显示屏没信号。显卡、内存在另一台机子上确认没问题。用最小排除法只
接主板、CPU和主板喇叭，开机风扇能转，喇叭不响。清CMOS不管用。在ASROCK网站看
到这块板子可以支持Ryzen系列，但1500X和别的型号都不一样，要BIOS 2.0版本才行。
主板上的BIOS版本标识是1.3，所以认为是主板的问题。
又在amazon订了块MSI A320M Gaming PRO，结果还是一样，没显示。这块板子上有四个
诊断LED，1-4分别对应BOOT, GPU, RAM, CPU。开机风扇转，1、4灯亮，说CPU不识别或
有故障。去掉内存，内存灯却不亮。再插上内存、清CMOS，1、4灯熄，2、3灯却亮了。
重新插显卡，又变成1、4灯亮。另外按机箱电源按钮可以开机，长按却不能关机。
power led也不亮。机箱主板喇叭从来不响。
这块CPU和两块主板都是全新，出问题的可能性应该很小。到现在也没搞清到底是哪个
环节出了问题，如果是CPU，退货的时间所剩不多，所以来版上求高手... 阅读全帖 |

I think it's fake news. Ryzen 2 i.e. Zen+ will be on 12nm process. It should
be only an improved Summit Ridge.
Ryzen 3 i.e. Zen2 on 7nm process may be having that spec instead. |

干嘛要用牙膏? socket AM4至少还会活到2020年，可以再升级两代不要换主板。现在的
牙膏有meltdown bug, 装了补丁性能会下降，以后升级也麻烦。
我最近已经弄了两台Ryzen, 干活挖矿都非常不错。

6900k，6800k，7700k和AMD家的1800x，1700x，1700），感觉和各大测评的情况基本类
似。这个benchmark数值应该是cpu综合的评价，包括日常应用，生产，游戏等。

Note： 我没找到1700的score，按照amd给的宣传估计，1700大约是1700x的90%左右，

综合来说Intel的6950x依然巨无霸，当然价格也是基本上gg的节奏。

RT，上周五跑到附近的microcenter高了1700和ASUS X370 Prime装机。正好趁周末折腾
了一下，替下了原来的4790K。
几点感受：
1. 买到的CPU是大雷，超到3.7G需要1.275V的电压，3.8G需要1.35V，超到3.9G更是需
要1.45V。现在只有原装风扇不敢再往上超了。据网上说法大部分1700可以1.18V超到3.
7G，体质好的1.35V可以超4G。
2. 功耗小。3.8G prime95烤机时电压1.38V（主板自动加压），功耗只有120W左右。作
为对比，之前开盖的4790K 4.6G 1.23V烤机功耗要170W。。。
3. 磁盘性能很差。SATA接口SSD性能只有Z97的80%左右。据说M2接口NVME SSD性能差距
会小一点，但手头没有nvme没法测试。

My own testing of quad-channel vs. dual-channel indicates it probably made
no difference on the two tests AMD showed. Still, it would probably make
Intel fans feel better if the Broadwell-E CPUs had been configured to
present their best performance.

后来看AMD不行了，就很低薪水回炉设计了Ryzen，主要设计做完就走了。
此君大牛，x86-64指令集也是他搞的，搞完K7/K8之后去苹果搞ARM A4/A5, 然后回AMD
救急，现在在Tesla。传说三星想挖他。
