Friday against a proposed state constitutional amendment to ban marriage for
same-sex couples in Minnesota.
Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will sign the measure, which also urges state
residents to vote against the amendment in November.

紧急会议，以寻找解决危机途径。最新消息称，会议投票通过暂停在乌克兰国内的反恐
行动，并从基辅市中心撤回执法部队。
据“今日俄罗斯”网站报道，当天有超过半数的乌克兰议会议员出席了紧急会议。
反对派的代表，以及无党派议员和部分地区党议员主要出席了这次会议。
该决议要求该国所有强力部门机构返回其常住地点，并明确禁止向示威者开枪的行
为。
另据俄塔社报道，这一决定得到了236名议员的支持。至此，这些议员责成内务铂
即刻在全国各地停止封锁交通道路的措施，释放所有被逮捕的人员，同时要求国防部立
即将其参与冲突的部队调回原有住地。

authorities imposed an overnight curfew in a 4-square-mile area, including
some of the city's poorest neighborhoods, to prevent looting and keep
streets clear for emergency crews. Mayor R.T. Rybak said one liquor store
was looted right after the tornado hit late Sunday and a few burglaries took
place overnight.
