时候，写出了著名的Ryan Budget（The Path to Prosperity），真正意义上为GOP实现
削减政府开支做出了第一个可行范例。其在House Budget Committee任上的表现和对为
13财年budget sequestration实现真正意义上的cut government spending起到了根本
作用。也正因为如此，12年的GOP提名人Romney选择了Ryan作为自己的VP来稳定保守派

下半场Biden似乎体力不支，精神不济，让Ryan扳回。
Ryan做好一个VP的工作，不断帮Romney拉票，Biden除了开头，后来一直就一直没怎么
提Obama.
Biden使劲攻击Ryan的个人record，而Ryan集中攻击Obama四年执政的record。就算被抓
住自己讨要stimulus的痛脚，也顾全大局，不跟Biden纠缠，毕竟选总统的主角不是他
们两个，就算Biden把自己搞得伟光正，毕竟也帮不了Obama多少。

到texas的代表团说服大家支持trump, 出来摸B门，pence都没敢给trump辩护，你让
ryan给trump辩护？ryan没有撤背书，只是不和他同台rally了，那个时刻，trump民调
掉这么多，ryan也要考虑共和党全盘，完全给trump护短，共和党很可能全部输掉。现
在公开宣布投票给你了, trump还没说啥，粉丝们先大骂。难道希望paul投老太婆？难

是权力欲望狂，直接竞选primary当总统啊，paul ryan要是一开始就出来选，trump想
赢paul ryan可比赢cruz难多了。即使不选总统，speaker也比vp权力大多了。
paul ryan最后肯定是要背书trump的，但无论是面子上还是实际上，需要个过程，需要
等一等。trump以后的态度会更加温和，到时候paul背书，水到渠成。
paul ryan是我唯一觉的共和党里面比较正直高雅的，他的想法很保守，但做事的态度
是要解决问题，而不是指责和吵架，两党要是这样的人多些也不会弄到现在这个田地了

Ryan都反对。 而Ryan同意减少secial security给付，增加entitlement来减少某些赤
字，是严重侵犯我们利益的！ 想想看，工作几十年，交税几十年去养黑墨，到了退休
的时候居然社安退休金是被减少的！因为一部分退休金又拿去养黑墨了。这是对我们中
产纳税人的双重剥削。
social security每年的增加是按照通货膨胀的，Ryan想削减SS payment, 所以就伙同
民主党一起修改了通胀计算方法。使得通胀降低。另外，作为回报，给民主党增加福利
支出（entitlement).
所以，共和党建制派，以Ryan为代表，实在是站在我们中产阶层的对立面。
今年如果不是出了trump, 人们根本没什么热情去给GOP 投票。很多GOP选民已经很多年
不出门投票了。因为投了也是白投。就比如romney选上，比奥巴马好不了多少，唯一不
会做的是把死掉的黑垃圾称为儿子，以此煽动种族仇恨。

因为对 trump 和 媒体 narrative 有长远的好处，对未来执政也有好处。想想，trump
endorse未必 就保着 Ryan 赢。
1，trump endorse, Ryan还输，建制派归队快，因为有台阶，同时看到 trump 民间力
量。因为这些人不是傻子，Ryan 输了，主因是跟trump 的 agenda 不对付。
2，trump endorse，Ryan 赢了，trump 可以有表面的 credit，message 也可以spin
成trump 的力量，建制派还会归队，尤其建制派的voter，也没有明面的原因 反 trump
。媒体也没料了！
这是基本的政治智慧，一切以拿下政权为主，该妥协还应妥协，得给不是主要敌人的人

床铺endorse与否， Ryan输掉primary的可能性都是零。
所以Ryan本人并不用在乎床铺的endorsement.
在这里床铺对Ryan释放出的善意， 对GOP establishment来说，是一个非常好的迹象。
床铺对McCain的endorsement， 实际意义就比较大。
对于GOP establishment来说， 11月份他们更关心的是能否保住senate和继续保持hous
e representative的绝对优势。
在这个问题上， 床铺如果能出来， 利用自己的人气， endorse几个关键的GOP candid
ates, 和GOP establishment形成一定的合作关系， 对双方都有利。
从另一个方面来看：
现在床铺身边的牛金贵朱立亚尼， 也包括胖州长，现在都是GOP的边缘人物，按床铺的
说法就是loser.
床铺自己愿意整天和一帮loser混在一起？
所以胖州长牛金贵想当VP， 都是大笑话。
哈克比本卡森这类， 也起不了什么作用。
对Ryan这种绝对的winner， 床铺内心说不定还会更尊重些。

连foxnews 都说了，trump在周日debate成功止血，可是周一上午ryan召开议院共和党
会议，声明以后不再参加trump的活动，不再为他说话，这相当于把trump贴好的创可贴
粗暴的揭了下来， 直接宣告议会共和党不支持trump. 而ryan又是RNC national
convention chair. 此举也迎合了媒体放出的RNC不支持trump的谣言。 这是为什么RNC
chairman Priebus在周一下午紧急召开RNC会议，然后声明RNC is behind Trump.
Ryan一直是不支持trump的。 他在今年7月共和党大会发言时都不提trump.
之前他的endorse也是假惺惺的。我认为他还会有后手， 继续打击trump. |
