外债 does not mean government debt. Any debt owed by any entity in a
country, be it government, corporation, or individual person, to a creditor
outside the country is part of foreign debt. Foreign debt also does not
need to be in foreign currency.
The numbers you quoted are the value of the debt in dollar term.
That does not mean the debt is in dollar. In fact, only about 60% of India'
s debt is in dollar. Rest are mostly in Indian rupee, SDR, Yen and Euro. |

手，根本不敢让中国人升职当高层，连中国买美国的公司，都不让，所以美籍华人
要不就安分的作技术，拿踏实的工资，要不就回国创业，不要跟印度人比来比去的，
印度人CEO也就是个高级打工的，FANG都是基金拥有，中国的外汇储备和个人财富，
才是科技公司的真正老板。
在科技领域，百度，阿里，腾讯，联想，中兴，华为，中国航天，中国船舶，中国
核电,中国商用飞机，中国高铁都是世界级顶尖的公司。跟火箭，飞机，航母，卫星，

系。因为外汇的买卖双方，包括进出口商，可以自己交易，不需要通过央行。央行只是
外汇市场的一个参与者而已。
中国的银行，是所有外汇交易的对手方。你买卖外币都必须和银行交易。外汇储备才和
