作为一个长期坐飞机的国际老混子，距离达到一个地月来回的人，应该有必要来研究一
下这个事情。
结论：消失地点应该在 N：8度0分 E: 103度30分
论证：先看第一副截图
如 果这个人所说属实，那么基本上只要找着两条航线的交叉点就行了，这就是精确定
位。因为大家要注意，只有航班在我国境内由于空中管制很厉害，都必须走航道， 在
大多数国家和地区都是可以走测地线的，我们不妨假定都走了测地线。而一般要到接近
目的地机场才会偏离测地线选择盘旋降落，反之起飞也是一样。所以在离开 起飞或者
降落机场有段距离时一般飞机就在目标机场和出发机场所连接的测地线上

So I went around twice today. 4B7, such a lovely airport situated
between the hills. Airport info says recommended landing Rwy 16,
that's what I took, initially. Turned out there was pretty stiff
tail wind from the northwest, 10+ knots. So I went around twice,
and finally made a tear drop 180 and landed on 34. And then you

functional hood bugs me. If I wanted my hood to land in the middle of my
head I would just pull it back and let it rest there but for that to be the

我下面贴的照片是“无用”在巴黎时装发布会RUNWAY的衣服（虽然那个RUNWAY在户外
也没有职业模特），所以那些衣服跟例外店铺里或者说彭丽媛穿的是完全不同风格的。

今天早上一看新闻才知道彭丽媛的全身装扮都是“例外”，真让我吃惊，这个牌子在国
内小众价高，是我在国内最爱服装品牌！因为很少打折，衣服又特别贵，当时的我差不
多会抓住每一个去广州出差的机会，专门跑去佛山的例外折扣店扫货，记得有一次去佛
山发现那间店没了，赶忙问左邻右舍，人家告诉我说搬顺德了，我又打听到了顺德的地
址，立刻做大巴去顺德，那天是我最后一次在例外折扣店满载而归。去年回国，一个朋
友刚好要去广州出差，她从来不知道例外这个牌子，我还嘱咐她有时间一定去顺德找那
间店买衣服，她去了，短信给我说，又搬家了，不知道搬哪里去了。

大家刚出学校找工作的时候没什么相关经验，容易被打着startup旗号招廉价劳动力的
小公司忽悠，这个我理解。今天冒着被拍砖的风险说说我对找startup job的看法。
1. startup跟小公司不是对等概念。所有规模小（SBIR的定义是500人以内）的公司
都是小公司，Startup在我看来仅限于有高度增长潜力的小公司。注意这里的限定词是
“高度增长”和“潜力”。我认为进一般小公司通常比不上进大公司（training，
compensation，horizon），但进一个靠谱的startup完全可以比进大公司性价比高，成
长机会多。
2. 你问成长机会来自哪里，我认为主要来自startup的两个特点：人少事儿多；成
长快导致新生机会多。先说第一点，拿我自己举例，我也是PhD出身，创业前没有任何
工作经验。合伙创业后，我担纲负责的项目有：
a. 跟学校tech transfer office director谈判patent licensing；

校学生进行英语口语教学，她们流利的口语、丰富的肢体语言，一下子就吸引了参与远
程学习的的每一位师生。每堂课精彩不断，得到了全校师生的一致好评！通过一年多的

发帖数: 39120 | 43 在最近的一次演讲中，有人问我，哪些错误会导致创业失败。站在那里愣了几秒后，我意识到，这是一个很难回答的问题。它等于是在问：一个初创公司如何才能成功。如果你能避免所有导致失败的错误，那么你自然就会成功。这个问题太大了，很难在那样短的时间里回答清楚。
后来我又认识到，这个问题如果从另一个角度看，也许是有意义的。假如你有一个清单，列出了所有你不应该做的事情，那么只需要把这个清单取反，你就得到了一张成功的处方。而在实际应用中，这样的清单会更有价值。查觉你正在做不应该做的事情，总比一直记着你应该做的事情更容易些。
从某种意义上说，导致创业失败的错误只有一个：没人需要你做的东西。如果你在做的东西是用户需要的，那么你应该能够生存下去，其它的问题都无关紧要。但如果你在做的东西不符合用户的需求，那么你死定了，任何事都改变不了这个结局。所以，这个清单里列出的18个错误，实际上是导致初创公司不能满足用户所需的因子。几乎所有失败的原因，都可以归结到这里面来。

runway的分配才可以落地，落地后大机场还会有专门的地面管理，用来分配滑行道。
弄错说实话不应该，因为这些东西其实通常都是固定的，提前就应该输到FMC里。当然
，也不排除有频率临时更改的可能。作为机组，如果发现在频道上呼叫管制没有回应的
情况，应该马上回到上一个频道，看看是不是听错了。
在没有得到落地许可的情况下，除非是紧急情况下，是不应该落地的。即使是无线电失
灵了，还有很多其他措施，比如可以通过应答机通知管制，管制可以通过机场灯光来通
知机组是否可以落地。
所以这个情况，几乎可以肯定是机组的问题，飞飞们等着受处罚吧。 |

That is true. However there is another big problem will cause explosion of
cell. It is thermal runway. The local temperature can increase to more than
the b.p. of organic electrolyte that will cause explosion too. It is the
inherent safety problem for current Li battery system. That why it require
very good thermal monitor system and cooling system. All add up to high cost.

crash in Mangalore, Karnataka early on Saturday, officials said.
The accident occurred when the plane overshot the runway of the airport.
Television channels said the flight was coming in from Dubai.
"At least 160 passengers have died in the crash," V.S. Acharya, Home
Minister of the southern state of Karnataka, told reporters.
A second official also confirmed that 160 people had been killed.
