那个路段因为出过不少事,所以各种安全措施能用的都用上了。low gear sign,
runaway ramp, 还有很多的减速带. 而且连续下坡都踩刹车,也很难把责任归到卡车上
。这个应该说是司机的全责。

长时间下坡刹车很容易坏。美国的长下坡每隔几迈一个runaway ramp
俺见过18轮停上面。不过美国18轮限重很严格,多数上山前有地磅

飞机当然有绝对仰角。
飞机的防STALL系统是和MCAS不相关的另外一个系统。
如果传感器没有出现故障,MCAS自动防止STALL;
如果传感器出现故障,MCAS会导致RUNAWAY下压机头进入高速俯冲状态,加入绝对仰角
条件就是为了防止这个情况的发生。如果在绝对仰角3度时出现STALL危险(这是可能性
极小的情况),飞行员可以手动下压机头

埃航转手动模式太晚了,严重俯冲状况下手动扳回来是很难的,所以不得不转电动,于
是MCAS开始工作,继续下压机头加大俯冲速度。也不好怪埃航飞行员经验不足,737MAX
的训练教程对于怎样应对RUNAWAY MCAS是完全不够的

We are a representative constitutional republic, not a democracy.
Without the electoral college, a few major cities would decide every single
election, resulting in major under-representation of rural areas. The
