扔掉，拿大筒子做了米桶。我ft。
我还在BJ买过一次，没有costco的那么难吃，但也是盗版的，葡萄干的那种饼饼，居然
一个饼才1－2个葡萄干，我吃了好几块才注意到原来这就是俺小时候最喜欢的那种带葡
萄干的。那种饼干的颗粒特别粗，非常chunky，口感好极了。咬下去特别有层次感。
美国的这个葡萄干的cookie根本就没有粗粗的颗粒在里面，还舍不得用葡萄干。
在想明白盗版之前，俺还同情了自己好久，怎么这么难吃的饼饼小时候都那么喜欢吃，
难道小时候真是没得吃才这样吗。
怀念小时候吃的丹麦饼饼。打倒美帝国主义，不但ruin了他们自己的蛋糕，还把丹

压压阴云中破开了一丝阳光，让国人看到了一些希望。
在美国待过4，5年以上的人大概都可以看到一个比较普遍的现象，就是在美国的IT业，
金融IT业 越来越毒瘤化，有些部分已经慢慢丧失了原有美国企业的活力和文化，相当
于被三哥hack jack了。表面看，国人则普遍因为语言文化的原因，只能夹在中低层，
长期无法施展。可能最有切身体会和怨言的还是在硅谷重灾区，大家可以看到未名空间
网站上三藩版和工作版长期关于三哥和国人的讨论，有的真的是血泪史，为此，很多在

不知道签的人里面有多少真正读过这个petition。我读了好几遍，给我的感觉是这个
petition的目的就是打击cheater，但是这个目的非常不明确。
一是如何界定cheater，总不能按照redbus上发言的名单抓人吧。Petition首先说这些
cheater不是innovative worker，但一个申请者是不是innovative worker，不要说我
们这些petitioners没有权利界定，劳工部也不好操作。比较可行的方案是检查一个人
的申请数量。这里面有两个问题，一个是多个公司多份申请，一个是单个公司多份申请
。前者目前是合法的，你可以说被人滥用但不能算是cheating。后者是违法的，是需要
被严查打击的对象，但在这个petition里面没有突出这一点。
这份petition的语法方面也有问题。比如最后一句话，

wrong information to LZ is eventually doing them good.
Many people here apparently have misconception about radiation. The
radiation from simple procedure like chest x-ray is minimal. It is <1%
of annual radiation we get by living on this planet anyway. The
literature you cited are looking at radiation from therapeutic dose in
cancer survivors, which is a totally different ballgame.

国内的图书馆也去过几个。现在不少图书馆都是开架的。一般的省图书馆都开架十几年了吧？我见到
的馆员态度都很不错，都很愿意帮忙。
国内图书馆的政策一般是：假设借出去的资料是完备的，借的人要负责。馆员严格执行政策，也不能
说是诚信问题吧？
在斯坦福大学的主图书馆，进出也是要查包的。

过去十年中始终保持4.2%或4.3%的比重，吸收的就业人数不断下降，2011年的就业人数
比1998年少了49万人，下降了11%；它的产值贡献并没有比传统建筑业高多少，吸收就
业却比建筑业少了三分之一。难道真是IT工业劳动生产率提高了，用人数量减少，像马
克思说得那样？
美国从九十年代以来开始从中国和印度进口高技术工人。H1B每年批准的数量大多在25
万人以上。来这么多外国劳工并不意味着同等数量的美国人将要失业，相反，美国没有
足够人干IT，外国技工的到来推动IT工业发展，为美国人创造了更多的就业机会。相信

我发本文的目的，是讲述我被某老中律师以敲诈罪威胁的故事，目的主要在于寻求帮助
和对策，当然我将会寻求自己上班的公司律师或外面专长于民事纠纷的律师的法律建议
。另外，这是为了给版上的所有同学一个反面教材：版上的律师软文不可信。他们的责
任感和专业值得大家质疑，特别在你要打算签约，希望你反复考察再签约。其实，以前

现在暂时不公布老中律师的名字。如果你签约了，想证实你的律师是不是我说的老中律

真实故事，以下按照实际顺序阐述。
今年8月上旬签约洛杉矶某老中律师，我先付$2500,如果140拿到批准，我需要再付$
2000。（现在通过比较其他律师，有不少律师在这$4500里负责写推荐信和petition
letter等等，但是这家洛杉矶老中律师不写推荐信，写推荐信需要商量价格。版上的同
学要签约，建议万分慎重！）
