（2），一个在Rosemead（3）。如果你在LA，你就知道，1是相对富裕的地区，3是华人越人
和西语裔混居。2应该居中。
1的场馆设施齐全。各种力量训练器械应有尽有，都是比较新且不是很便宜的那种，比
如哑铃和杠铃片都是有rubber trim的，跑步机和椭圆机都有单独的小电视及ipod和usb
接口。健身的人数适中，基本不需要等某种器械。
2因为是3年前才开的场馆，比较新，力量器械没1那么多，但是质量很好，也是有
rubber trim的。跑步机和椭圆机就没有电视屏幕了，大家一起看大屏幕。人扑扑满，
你永远都搞不明白怎么有那么多年轻人那么有闲。。。
3场馆里的人经常稀稀拉拉的，完全不用等。器械是那种铸铁上一层漆的感觉，我就老
是被边上铁家伙碰击的声音和震动吓到。跑步机给人的感觉也很cheap。有意思的是，
二楼沿墙竟然铺了一圈塑胶跑道，有200米左右周径，我第一次在gym见到。尽管如此，
还是很多人在跑步机上散步，唉。。。

great exercise for Tennis elbow. You may know it. just in case, you have
not tried it. Put a thick rubber bend like the one they use for Asparagus
over all five fingers. Then open five fingers, open and close. It works on
the small muscle that open your hand to keep your muscle in balance. Also,
just open you fingers as much as you can also help, bend them out almost
backwards.

protection rubber on the naked wire. It can run upto 600 degrees, so it will
dry the rubber very quickly. I used it when I did undergraduate lab. It

dangerous, but as a beginner when you only try to learn the step, then they
could be fine, but as you get more into technique, you won't be able to move

TNND，连那个dial都丢了。我第一次见丢dial的机器的。
missing 那种cover是非常明确的“studio used” 的信号。studio used的东西要直接
连电脑，所以很多人就把那个rubber cover给卸掉了。普通人不会没事把那个rubber
cover弄下来。
studio used的机器一般虽然快门多，但是成色绝对好。这个有rub，还把dial都用坏了
，expect more than 100k shots taken吧。说不定还是remote camera……虽然可能性
不大…… |

圈，把里面黑色的胶圈撕开，有3-4个螺丝，拧开后整个就下来了。我以前一个24-70上
filter的圈也撞裂了，google了service manual, 自己换上了。打电话到nikon订，配
件很多很便宜的。我买了filter ring, zoom rubber ring, focus rubber ring +
shipping 好像就是20多，每个都是几块的样子。反而盖着螺丝那个黑色的胶圈要20左
右，就是个塑料胶纸，所以没有买。 |

做法很简单，重力弹力都是mg, 平衡掉，摩擦力 mu*mg, 牛顿第二定律算出加(减）速
度 a=mu*g, 也就是说质量约掉了。所以时间是 t = v/(mu g), 距离是 1/2 * a * t^2
，结果和质量是无关的。
而且即使是在斜坡上，还是和质量无关（当然得保证摩擦力能让木块停在坡上不滑下来
），反正摩擦力里有m, 算加速度能和质量约掉。
那套用到车子上，假定急刹车后车轮不再滚动，那不就是个滑动摩擦减速的模型吗，跟
车重不重有什么关系？当然你可以说还有空气阻力，但对车子这个量级的东西来说，空
气阻力可以忽略吧。感觉唯一能颠覆这个结论的是摩擦系数为常数这个假设，如果弹力

也简单说说和U9BL的区别吧。
反复比了半天，结论是U9BL也是个很不错的键盘。新的时候U9BL可能还更漂亮一点。手
感上U9BL的键程好像长那么一点，两段的感觉也稍微更明显一些。声音也更脆 --这些
都谈不上是优点或缺点，只是不同而已。如果要吹毛求疵的话，U9BL的键敲起来好像有
点松。
U9BL的背光质量还是不错的。不过这个feature根据你的需要可以是positive和也可以
是negative的。有集成的headphone出口也算是个plus。键盘托质量也很好。为了用DAS
我还另买了个键盘托，又是十几块钱。
但U9BL的问题可能是永久了键帽发油的问题。虽然我的还看不出来，但也有那么一点痕
迹了。因为U9BL所以的键帽上面都有一层soft rubber，看上去很nice，手感也好，但
rubber摸的时间长了难免不发亮。DAS这方面应该好一些。毕竟用的材料不一样。
总的来说不相上下。如果DAS $103能买到的话，显然是DAS。如果是原价，就不好说了
。因为DAS还要加上键盘托的cost。

rubber also installed by default.
