比如要求支持每个module（比如每个layer）的独立架构，每个layer限制只能与其相邻
layer通信，layer之间可能会有新的layer加入。另外需要做到不同优先级的调度，比
如控制packet要优先于data，部分任务需要满足RTOS的条件。然后需要设计功耗管理控
制。
听起来就是基本要求，不过实现起来有没有比较难的地方？ |

一些智力题， 如果你不是硬要和面试官扯通信的问题，他们应该也不会问。senior

个待定，周一给答复。请大家给建议选哪个？两个给offer的都是制造业几千人的中小
公司在东北部，职位是Software engineer，
1. 总部和大部分研发在日本，欧洲，上市。美国这边有6，7个c/c++software
engineer，做一些driver development，另外很大部分是类似有技术支持，比如根据客
户要求提供建议并且配置设备，工资比现在少近两万。好处是离家不远，福利不错，号
称从来不裁员,偶尔出差。
2. 总部，研发全部在我要去的地方，未上市私企。c/c++ Embedded software
engineer on windows ce/embedded linux/nucleus。 技术业内领先，从硬件，到软件
全部都是自己设计，制造，从RTOS,到手机application都有。大概不到100 software
engineer,近几年扩张很快。工资要比我现在高。福利未知，不出差。 离家单程1个半

发帖数: 6180 | 16 面的是Sunnyvale的wifi做底层SW和FW的。题目都是C以及操作系统和DSP的内容，比较
有特色的是不需要math的库计算signal strength到dbm的转换，上了最简单的之后要求
优化再优化（我用的是最简单val/10开始，然后转换成shift bit，然后转换成BST类型
），其他都是指针，memory或者bitvector的东西，系统层面考察RTOS的context
swtich触发条件，ARM的IRQ和FIQ区别，怎么决定stack的size，等等。DSP主要是FFT，
OFDM，frequency reuse，最后还有一些比如float point的计算之类的。
想请教PHD+2 yr能拿到SR staff吗？大概工资能什么范围？

语言：
C++/C：《C++ Primer》能懂85%以上；《Effective C++》只能看懂50%―70%，编程时
真正用上大概就只有不到40%了；《More Effective C++》没看完，只看了两三章。正
向C++11，STL，Boost等相对新新事物靠扰
Java, C#: 只有入门初级水平，写过几个很小的hw/project
Python: 上了编译课, 终于开始试着理解汇编的一些东西，开始有意识地尝试写真正的
python code而不再是c-style python code了。
呆在一所小学校，完全没有机会学习javascript,.net,.xml，CSS等，除非自学。可惜
偶榆木脑袋，触角还没能延伸到这里。

拿到这个 Firmware test automation Engineer，
但是感觉不对，主要是以后做test, product support, 要写一些test code， 协调
firmware， hardware, software, 必要的skill： object oriented C++, RTOS,
embedded firmware,Python, SQL. 担心进去后，再转firmware/software比较难了, 自
己还是想做developer,不知道这份工作对以后有多大促进/阻碍作用。

和蓝牙，加起来10个月左右，Linux kernel, Device Driver, RTOS都懂一些，之前拿
到Ford的offer， 但是我申请的是development，面试了三个组，给我扔到QA去了，于
是那个职位也不是很想去。 现在就站在十字路口了，是继续坚持寒假扩充embedded的
实力 找linux kernel，embedded的工作还是说干脆转CS，刷题算了。LZ基本的CS课程
，OO, OS， network， 算法数据结构都学过， leetcode把bit, string, tree,
linkedlist刷了60道也可以继续刷下去。再有就是LZ的GPA不大行。。。 3.3-3.4这样
子，不知道大公司会不会直接一轮简历就被刷下来，听说Qualcomm和Intel还蛮看GPA的

我做RTOS上软件的，linux上的应该可以做，性能要求还低一点
后来有朋友试图帮我refer两个职位，都是C++，一个做cloud相关，当场说不match，另
外一个没消息。 再随便投了一个半导体公司的职位，没消息。
