个月的统计，应该在新财年前会有个结果。从降级看，09年和10年上半年的eb2应该没
啥理由折腾，大部分递了485的降级者应该是11年的。之前批了85%的话，除了原来eb3
的，应该批了一两千人，剩下的就在最后一个月按剩余的15%名额放就好了，就算跳不
到row，也不会远。十月以后，新财年下来，eb3应该会稍稍领先eb2一年半载，基本相
当于eb23并行。 |

2. Add error output to your data flow destination and export to something
like a flat file, so you can anaylze your error file.
3. Or delete the 255th row and try again.
It could be due to data column type issue. When SSIS gets the data column
type from Excel file, it only scans several rows at the top of the file.

to different worksheets to get around it.
according to M$, excel 2003 limits to 65k rows, 2007+ is "over one

matrix......

for example

mat <- AA[rows,cols]
....
}
so sometimes mat will collapse into a one row matrix or a one column matrix
or a one cell matrix. You want mat to be always a "matrix" so that u can
write generic code to handle mat.
