行教官写的。基本就是讲，这两家公司的飞行员普遍不具备基本飞行技能，训练和考试
偷奸耍滑。摔飞机才是正常的。这次旧金山机场趁天气好维修自动助降的仪器，韩亚飞
行员就原形毕露了。

局限于自己的小天地了，就可以去上学了。。一般特别好的preschool都有waiting
list所以要提早。我找过的preschool里，最长的waiting list是２年。一般最好是春
夏季开始送学校，４－８月。实在不行夏秋也凑合。比如我家是８月底。冬天就不送了
。容易生病，不利于娃的生长发育。如果要求比较完美主义的家长要提前做好准备。不
过我家娃最后去的是一个没有waiting list的学校，而且我觉得比那２个要等很久的学
校好。

那些孩子很可爱也很聪明，但是什么question都要等一个标准答案，如果不知道标准答
案，谁也不敢说话。感觉Chinese education system是很侧重rote learning,但是没有
innovation.这也是为什么apple, facebook, google不是诞生在中国，而中国只能诞生
baidu, QQ, 人人，之类的完全clone copy others' intellectual property.
还有一个典型的中国人的逻辑思维：我碰到陌生人，或者出租车司机，他看我白人，问
我哪里来的，我说美国，就说“你们为什么去打伊拉克？”Of course, as everyone
knows, I single handedly invaded iraq.

天还是阴雨绵绵。 按功略买了张AB天票搭100号公交车出游，真慢啊，觉得不太划得来
。一直到了Alexander广场东柏林电视塔，能见度那么差，当然没上去了。想想当年东
德挺绝的，建了个那么高的塔，在西柏林几乎是只要往东看，它就在视线内。从
Alexander广场往南瞎逛，到了红色的Rotes Rathaus(市政厅?)和好些说不上来的建筑。
回到菩蒂树大街后，雨下得更大了，想改行程先去博物馆。到了帕格曼博物馆一看，停
了一大排旅游巴，排了长长的队，这个想法只好作罢。从博物馆岛一直走到勃兰登堡门
。都统一了十八年了，柏林，尤其是东柏林还在个大工地，勃兰登堡门附近也不例外。
国会大厦前也是排着长队，没进。走到号称欧洲最大的最先进的新火车站，因为约了跟
同学在KaDeWe午餐，看看时间不够，就打的去了。
KaDeWe六楼的食品部真是个旅游点，很多不同风味的stations，现烧现卖的，不过座位
不多，我们三人还是上了七楼的Le Buffet。我要了个'三菇绿面'，自选了几种红色和
黄色的蘑菇，蔬菜汁意粉，现抄，那种红色的蘑菇一股怪味。

1.我开始看还在笑，后来慢慢僵住了。

我不是专家，只是最近替专家朋友翻译非中文母语的孩子如何学中文（即二外中文）的
研究。这本书主要是给中文老师看的，但家长看了也颇有收获，对小孩学习二外中文的
总体情况有个了解，也知道一些具体有效的辅导方式。
书里说，以前美国的学生迟至高中才开始学二外。现在的研究表明儿童更易学外语，所
以中小学越来越多地开设外语课程。中文尤其是热点，低年级报名学中文的小孩很多。
但中文比其他接近英语的二外——如法语和西班牙语——难学很多，通常要比其他二外
多花四五倍的学习时间。而且大部分的传统教材和研究是针对高中以上的学生，低龄儿
童的教学很不完善。因为这些原因，二外中文学生进度慢，学习效果不佳，到高年级急
于自我表现的年龄时仍不能用中文自如地表达，语言的有用性、对语言的信心都大大降
低。再加上高年级时主科的学习压力增大，二外尤其中文降到次要的可有可无的地位。
