标 题: ipad air刚买回来第二天屏幕就不能rotate了

之前一直用ipad 2，没发现这个情况
今天屏幕突然就不能rotate了
restart不行
reset不行
reset to factory也不行
很失望，还不如之前的ipad 2
明天还得去退了
大家用过ipad air的有遇到过这样的情况的吗？ |

Suppose a sorted array is rotated at some pivot unknown to you beforehand.

，也不是特别差。落选的那个学生哭了。我和同事一起安慰和鼓励她。不过，我能理解
，这个时候我们说什么，她都听不进去。后来她居然把手指划破，鲜血直流。
我想起当时我在Rotation结束时老板拒我的情形。实验室里那个最欣赏我的人和我拥抱
告别，也一直鼓励和安慰我。我当时没有哭，我是笑着说我会继续找其他的老板，和他
们告别。然后一个人在公交车上流泪。比较欣慰的是，当时老板拒我是因为没钱，没有
选别人，后来也从另一个老板那里得知他给了我很好的推荐。
人生也许就是这样的吧，得失之间，变化无常。自己所选择的所坚持的，到最后不一定
能有happy ending。自己所相信的不一定就是真的。自己所放弃的也许是别人想要争取
的。

engineer for a year or so, HR want to rotate me to the application group.
Would this be a good move? our company has a good product line for the
market, however most of them are designed years ago. I can feel that the
company is weak on new product design.
I think you will understand the products much better as an application
engineer since you provide the support to sales/customer. |

Externship/observership can be listed under either Work Experience or
Volunteer Experience. (Some PDs suggested Volunteer Experience because of no
pay). |

clinical rotation？你是在校学生吗？并且学校的curriculum里安排你临床轮转了吗
？如果yes to both question, then it is a clinical rotation.
externship，提供此类机会的诊所或医院一般是以盈利为目的，并且你要买liability
insurance的。
in summary, 你这个是observorship. |

医院里，我的preceptor 是pharmacy director, 每天就试开会，没有时间理我，我每
天就在central pharmacy 里面晃来晃去的，后来就跟着其他的clinical rph到处跑了
一个多星期，但是他们都不是我的preceptor, 我没有什么真正的responsibility, 正
确来说只是观摩了一下。 现在retail 跟我做tech其实没有什么分别。本来充满期待可
以take some responsibility, 可是好失望啊。 大家做rotation的时候是怎样的呢 |

最后跟的这个医生很酷，既会讲笑话又高效，雷厉风行的，看起来不年轻了，但一直没
结婚的一个女医生。
她今天问我的两个问题算是对我的第一个rotation很好的总结了
病例一：老太太A.fib，现在肠道complete obstruction, 需要尽量把PO的药改成IV
drips. 她问我，她如果把现在病人用的口服的digoxin 和 CCB, 再加上beta blocker
全部改成IV drips for 5 doses，我作为pharmacist，该怎么办？ IV作用快，三种
rate control的药同时IV对心率作用太强，如果pharmacist不打电话给她提醒她，要求
先试2个dose,而不是惯性的一次性开5个dose,病人要是死了，pharmacist就跟她一起坐
牢去了。我没忍住笑到跟她一起坐牢肯定很好玩，后来觉得这是件十分严肃的事情，需
要好好反省！
病例二：昨天她把病人的furosemide停了，spironolactone 一直在用，lab显示钾离子

，外加我们班住在duke那边的人很少。人家要4个。感觉去duke那个还是比较有戏。那
个compounding的话是out of system。我还要自己去问可不可以去他们那边做rotation
。主要没找到人可以问specialty pharmacy那里rotation都做啥，要是不好的话，我就
自己赶紧去联系那个compounding。
还有是不是忙的店人家都很少教学生，闲的地方preceptor会教学生？ |

发帖数: 5769 | 14 问高年级同学吧。主要看preceptor了，有的preceptor好，就算在忙得时候也能让你学
到东西。
我这学期去的一家walmart，那家店名声不好，会有很奇怪的顾客，以前还有人在店里
面做毒品，还听说有女的在店里面脱裤子的。我去有一天就看到一个女的抢人家钱包被
拦下来了。
我们是学生preference地点，然后相互match的，我preference的前面几名都是
independent，还有医院，结果给我分了一个排在我第5选择之后的这家。开始我很不高
兴，不过后来跟我的preceptor也是他们的经理上了几次班之后觉得我在这家学的最多。
这个preceptor开始就说fill不是我的工作，我主要是学做intern的部分，比如
transfer, voice mail, counsuling. 她也是一半越南一半中国人，夏天还回福建老家
一趟。所以我们还蛮有共同话题可以聊。不忙得时候她还跟我讲了许多怎么manage
people的经验，我受益匪浅。我想我P4 rotation大概就选她家做我的community
rotation了。 |
