will stop water coming in at that point, but water will then simply flow

有些腐烂这个情况不妙， 貌似有雨水进入或者至少周围的湿度很高，建议你先找到源

唯一不爽的就是现任房主把crawl space的小门封了，inspection无法检查地基的情况
，特别是两年前物主刚买房的时候，inspection报告crawl space里面有白蚁痕迹和dry
rot，现任屋主号称清理之后就把crawl space的小门封了，说是local的fire code，
要求车库要insulated。但是我看了local的fire code，我的理解是只要求所有的wall
要insulated，是不是就一定要把crawl space的门也一起封起来？感觉有些可疑，求版
上大牛解惑！
另外就是如果发现crawl space的foundation的支撑木头有比较严重的腐蚀，如果要
pest control处理fungus，大概什么价格？如果更坏的情况，可能雇contractor更换么
木头
？大概是什么价格？

问他们:Are you from China?或Are you a Chinese? 他们的答案是简单的yes. 我并不
想说no,但是说yes吗? 好像也不是这么简单的一回事.的确,我有不少台湾的朋友,后来
干脆就说:No, I am not Chinese, I am a Taiwanese. 这就让大陆的朋友更生气了.
这样的问题每个台湾人都要面对,每个人会有不同的态度跟处理的方式,我只希望大陆的
朋友对于这样的现象,能多一点理解,多一点包容.如果: 还去说什么台湾人不认同中国
是因为被日本统治奴化,或是被绿营洗脑,那就真的是在伤口上洒盐了.
我个人会就觉得中国人是华人的意思，但是确实有不少中国脑残就一厢情愿的认为台湾
就是中国的一部分，所以我觉得作为台湾人就直接把roc 改成 rot 就不会让大家误会了
