1。这两个律师表现都不合格，他们刑事的经验完全不能胜任这次辩护工作。律师时候
采访的时候说完全没想到二级误杀成立，最重的就是这一项， 律师的角度看来是没把
重点放在这个控罪， 为什么？难以理解，其他4项都是从属而且是较轻。
2。开枪的原因。定义为机械故障是致命错误。证据证言不等于事实，而是证明接近事
实的可能性。可能性越大，陪审团接受的机会越大。Glock机械故障本来可能性就低，
有没有5%？你要说服大家接受这个不是搞笑吗。
3.关于梁说手指没有放在扳机上。这个其实很好处理，但是竟然没有对梁做心理测试，
没有从心理角度解释为什么梁的证言虽然不一定是事实（Might not be the fact) ，
但是诚实的 (but is honest).
正确的策略：
1- Fact: 梁是Rookie，还在培训期，没有经验应付突发情况， 也没有真实场景中熟练
的对枪支使用的经验。
2- Fact: 那栋楼是Notoriously Dangerous, 有以往的出警记录为证。

第一次自主设计的东东，肯定没法跟有丰富经验、造出过几代的老手打造出的经典比。
权当是交了学费，关键是学到了什么。俺认为，A3的最大问题是决策层不是做工程出身
的。TG比较土，貌似有条不成文的规定，新机型中新技术不超过30%，超过30%风险太大
，不化算。尤其是对于基础薄弱、工艺水平低的国家。A3，自己作不了气动，LCA的计
划又要自己设计发动机、航电、复合材料、火控etc太激进，基本上就是从一穷二白大
跃进到独立自主设计飞机的强国行列，任何一环脱节都会成为项目的瓶颈。太冒进，就
象指望一个rookie QB每个drive 都能make play一样，不靠谱不现实。工程不是art，
讲究经验积累，并不要求每一个子项目都是技术领先，但一定要能做出来，卖相再不好
能work就算达标。最忌讳的是，不断提高指标，添油战术。营销要有卖点，工程要妥协
。LCA犯了太多错误，最要命的是，决策层不知道问题出在哪儿。A3国际环境比TG好，
没法体会TG吃的苦头，有拿来主义的可能性。下次，A3再作什么新东西八成还会犯同样
的问题。

这个问题从逻辑上来说，蛮简单的，
老美当时处于什么地位？应该是可以用prime time来形容。
可以类比Jordan的前三连NBA title时期。
军事实力，财力，经济，政治影响等等都是冠绝天下。
这个时候突然一不小心，被老毛出来搞了一下，

雾弹也有人会信？这就是老牌强权的一列系政治军事外交组合拳而已。
你还真指望着老美被你打伤了，还跟你坐下来谈，给你妥协，好言相劝？
那个什么国务卿提谈判的之前，参谋长联席会议，早就开始准备怎么搞下几次战役了。
我看不是老毛二，要么是沈二的不行，一个只会刻舟求剑的书呆子罢了，要么是沈要存
