层（百叶窗+rollup shade)，二楼有一个天窗，但是加了隔热的shade。
attic里面的隔热层看着还行，不过因为有ridge vent，里面温度相对比较低。可以考
虑再加点东西。
不管怎么样，看看明天后天能怎么样吧。 |

JOIN的时候要有INDEX，逻辑要清楚，不产生不必要的中间数据，如果SP中间太复杂，
CTE太多，就要考虑用SUMMARY TABLE，提前用JOB ROLLUP，否则RUN一下要几十分钟，
根本没法用。 |

相比之下，sas proc summary就牛逼多了。 精通这么一个函数，或者叫过程步，单变
量的问题基本没什么解决不了的。 各种古怪的descriptive stat，各种data rollup ,
基本上就这么一个函数一网打尽。 这么说吧，sql能干的， summary也都能干。 用
起来心里这个叫敞亮。 |

还有就是join下table什么的 有的人喜欢拿sas写有的喜欢用sql而已 最基本的一些
query就好了
pricing就用modeling做pure premium吖lost cost吖 frequency吖 severity吖 找下
variable 希望更好的model更准确从而得到更多market share和更低的loss ratio 但
又不要overfit
marketing能做的modeling就很多了 基本上每个公司想研究的影响retention的因素吖
fault dectection吖之类的都有人在做
我只做过pricing的 别的proj也就听人讲讲介绍 |
