Two runners, both in their 30s, died Sunday while racing the Rock 'n'
Roll Half Marathon in San Jose.
Race organizers were not releasing their names, but the Santa Clara

The 1:23 goal had not much base and was more of mental. I knew I was much
better than 1:24:46, that I did last November, but apparently nowhere close
to my 1:21:06 PR. In order to PR(<2:58:35) in Boston, I felt I needed at
least 1:23 half. So 1:23 it was after it turned out to be a perfect race day
with temperature around 49 and 16mph wind.
I disregarded the wind, cause I figured most likely it would be on and off,
thus would not affect the run that much.

Sun的途中看见了Mohegan Reservation的标记，差点让我误当成Mohican, 脑海里立刻
想起了《The Last Mohican》里印第安人的奔跑场面。到了赌场里面安检差点把我拦下
，这次带的Nikon V1+30-110镜头立了大功了，和DC大小的尺寸却有不输单反的性能，
安检的人请了旁边的人看了一下认定我的是普通相机，放行了，这种情况下带个微单系
列的相机估计都会被拦下，只不过Nikon 1恰好小了一点点，得以顺利带入，心中早已
暗喜了。
进场7：30半刚过，进去之前得知还有一个乐队叫Tesla的，虽然作为一个加州的
乐队也算颇具名气，但这次是来暖场的。演出已经开始，典型的硬金属而且主唱的嗓音
比较尖，感冒不起来，只不过他们人气也不错，演出1个小时结束。
中间休息半个多小时，外面只提供啤酒和薯片，忍了一下什么也没吃。

发帖数: 806 | 13 昨天刚把新买的frisbee拿出来，本来在等饭吃的Kirk两眼发亮火速从车库冲到客厅。
一路上打滑了好几次，最后一次侧滑幅度太大，导致整个身体背脊朝下顺势摔了下去，
由于速度太高，哧溜一下又从另一侧滚了起来，相当于做了个干净利落的roll over，
笑得我们肚子都疼了。没想到它生平第一个roll over是这样hll的...扑通一声，看来
摔得不轻，不过人家又叼着frisbee蹦达蹦达到了草坪上，然后像nascar那样不停地绕
圈跑，跑了足有十三圈。很久没给他买新玩具了，忘了原来它看到新玩具是这么兴奋的

2. 米饭里，一定要拌寿司醋的。这个我没具体写，因为发现各种recipe里，都各不相
同，我一般是两份寿司醋，一份糖，pinch of salt. 具体做的时候，可以自己尝一下。
3. maki roll不需要铺保鲜膜，因为那个海苔皮是在外面的。而sushi roll则需要这样
做的，而且最好有两张竹帘。mm你太厉害了，我一直不知道怎么做那个，直到几天前在
一个recipe book上看到。上面还讲了很多怎么做寿司的，很有启发呢。
4. 那个米饭，我一般就是用红国宝，加了糯米会不会太粘了？拌饭的时候，注意不要
搅动太厉害，而破坏了饭粒的完整。
5. 做寿司时，为了防止米饭粘手，可以把那个拌在米饭里的寿司醋抹到手上。同理，
切寿司的时候，也可以把那个醋抹到刀上，也不会粘了。不过，切寿司的刀一定要利！
面没有鱼成分的那种），然后带上透明一次性手套把米饭拌匀；
最好用那种有点粘性的保鲜膜，这样做，是因为米就不会粘到卷帘上了。我是自己瞎琢
