1. 换轮胎
2. 降低前把的高度(stem).
3. 如果saddle比较重,换个轻些适合road的
4. 把suspention调到最硬
如果横把握时间长不舒服,多半是骑车姿势或握法的问题.
其他的没什么必要 - 真有那个时间和钱,还不如单买一台roadie或cyclocross呢 |

If for good quality, go to brentwood(rody ranch, shadow lakes,deer ridge),

France 上坡下坡很猛的 自行车运动员都瘦得鬼似的 不过也不排除都会控制体重。 |
