问HR到底是 12% Quarterly 还是 Annually。他很肯定的告诉我是 12% Quarterly (48
% 每年!) 这在湾区公司里太不常见了（除非 Director, VP level, 但是偶不是）。
有在 Rocket Fuel 呆过的 XDJM 们能说说真的 bonus 能有这么高吗（接近 50%）？还
是设一个高的target, 实际上给的远远低于这个，或者是只有很少数人能到这个

你那个12%我觉得是每季度拿到钱的12%。所以全年还是12%，只不过分4次给。
还有这个target怎么target法？如果一年前定的股价target(假设一年前以70股价，定
的75target），现在都奔15去了，target bonus你们永远拿不到 |

1. Medallia， 公司感觉不错，engineer team目前只有60+，觉得进去能学不少东西，
还有传闻说明年要IPO（但只是传闻。。。）
但问题是因为我不是cs背景，要先做4个月intern，再看能不能转full-time，感觉
有被layoff的风险
2. Amazon， 因为偏好湾区，但recruiter说先做加州只有Amazon Fresh，还在尔湾，
现在还在交涉中
3. Rocket Fuel，刚收到的offer（面了一个月才出结果也是醉了。。。）， 做广告的
公司，烙印略多。。
4. 一月初还要面google，估计出结果怎么也得到月底，amazon和medallia要求年底之
前deadline
我自己location偏好湾区，觉得机会会多很多，而且朋友圈子都在湾区，生活也会比较
丰富。感觉大公司比较稳定，小公司能学的比较多（两家小的选的team都是
infrastructure/platform)。Amazon的reputation也有所耳闻，就算进去应该也是过一

$300 each ticket or $1100 for all of them. They come with 2 parking permits

来美好几年了，没打几次球。最近有点时间了，刚巧也找到了球友，所以去的勤了。
一双科6，干什么都穿它，最近底已经磨的不行了，在木地板上直出溜。。
刚刚考古了一下精华区，看了大家对鞋子的一些评价，感觉yy和Asics都各有长短。
我预算大家就不超过80块钱。找了这么两双，大家看看哪个比较好？

要回去看看。穿了不久，感觉很硬，鞋底的材料和高档的也不一样。后来买了更好的鞋
，这双低档的就再没穿过打球。偶尔穿着散步。YY的还是要买好一点的。
Asics Gel是我个人比较喜欢的鞋。价格应该低于$50。你可以找旧型号，比如6或5，会
更便宜。另外，男鞋比较少，女鞋比较多。但男女鞋的款式一样。这款鞋，唯一不太理
想的是鞋舌比较厚，舒服，但打球有些多余。不过也不是什么大问题。
42码，要9号。我一般买9.5号。8.5估计太紧。如果看到便宜的女鞋，买11号。Dicks

我前段时间网上掏了一双，25刀, from rogansshoes
另外，Mizuno Wave Lightning也很好。 |
