sudo yum之类的在terminal下面，又不知道命令是怎么写的？我用yum search RMySQL找
不到文件。

。楼主如果要处理Large Scale Data set，多少学一下Database的基本原理吧。。。
如果用数据库格式储存数据，R有很多Sql interface，比如RMySQL就很快；如果用文件
格式储存数据，Perl或者C++会比R快很多 |
