sense and knowledge of true
situation of Rizhao City(including Wulian), its totally unneccessary for
Rizhao to do that. Rizhao ranked in top
100 counties in enconomy even before she became a CITY. You have to
acknowledge that there are so many
advantages of Rizhao in economy development over Wulian such as location,
transportation, education, etc.

exchange Lanshan, but failed. Wulian
is a backup and last choice for Rizhao.
It was very true that Rizhao mayor felt headache because of the poor economy
of wulian. They will be more
than happy to not get wulian. No matter how you think, this is the truth. |

It's a long story.
The only difference is that, weifang can draw blood from shouguang, qingzhou
, zhucheng,gaomi, so many rich places.
But rizhao can only draw blood from wulian and juxian.
