酒店集团往往有一些特殊的高端级别存在，如Hyatt/ Ritz-Carlton都有一些秘密level。
或许知道的人不多，一般也不太可能达到。
简单而言，达到这样的level，住酒店只要一定reservation，一般都会自动upgrade到
最好的套房（特殊suite）。房间里已经摆放好各种水果snacks等等。提供in room
breakfast。
check-in的时候会genearal manager下楼亲自问候，并护送去房间。

如果一句话总结这个Sarasota的丽思卡尔顿酒店的话，那就是：凯悦相比起来就是大车
店，但是我们老百姓，还是住凯悦自在。先说前半句，这个酒店真是不错，各项明显比
凯悦高一个档次，说Sarasota上（甚至包括整个Tampa湾附近）最好的酒店不为过，之
后再说说为啥不太适合我们这些带娃的老百姓住。
车右拐先上Ritz大道，这气势明显和凯悦不一样，呵呵。

在大厅碰到酒店的Concierge，她一边跟娃打招呼，一边给娃拿来一个小公仔，我家姑
娘抱了好一阵。见得酒店服务#1.

Ritz的这个床+被褥睡起来非常的舒服，也明显比Hyatt的高一个档次（不算Park Hyatt
）。

冲凉了，还被迫冲了很多次。。。

刚收到Chase的邮件（原文见如下附属内容），从今天开始J.P. Morgan发行的Ritz-
Carlton Rewards VISA卡有如下三个重要perk增强：
1. 报销airline incidental charges从$200变成了$300.
注：比起AMEX的Platinum卡，报销的方式不是自动trigger，而是打电话给信用卡的J.P
. Morgan客服，让他们添加statement credit。由于完全manual操作，所以权限可以很
大，虽然原则上必须是bill的airline但非机票（行李托运、飞机场吃喝等等）
2. 刷$7.5万(card member year)直接给Ritz-Carlton Rewards Platinum会员。以前是
第一年赠送Gold会员，第二年以后刷$1万给Gold。

，肯定要打客服电话先把ritz的账号转成marriott的，不过网上看到很多说marriott转
ritz的，像我这么反过来操作应该不会有什么问题吧？
另外，转了后，原来的ritz账号都没有了，那么以后刷ritz卡赚的点数会到哪里去啊？
会自动打到新的marriott账户里去么？

个卡都开着也没问题。
2. 140K收$395比如70K免免费，只考虑首次补偿的话
3. 如果考虑长期持有该Ritz-Carlton卡，适合经常住Ritz酒店用club level upgrade
。或者经常住Marriott但又无法保持金卡会员。 |

后来发现卡号就是marriott的，而且把我marriott账号直接变成了ritz账号，所有的点

从来没有被拒，都是非常爽快一个电话搞定，3分钟以内吧
偶尔一次，客服让我等的时间长了些，我批评了几句，对方态度还不错
至于那些Ritz Carlton的card holder，如果你们报销总是被拒
是时候考虑一下提高自己口语水平或者改进谈心方法了
别老指望CSR的auto apply，万一半年后改成电话才能报呢
到时候你们又要哭爹喊娘地骂这张卡了？呵呵
其实电话打过去，不管Ritz还是CSR，高年费卡都是executive line，接线的都是同一
批人，素质相当不错 |
