英国“路透社”10月31日称，中国接近完成首个海上核反应堆。此前，中国核电、上海
电气等5家企业拟出资10亿元，在上海成立中核海洋核动力发展有限公司。中核集团官
方微信2016年7月4日称“将在南海岛礁建造20座海上核电站”。如果仔细解读中国海上
核电站就会发现，其中包含三项关键性技术突破，而而这些突破为未来中国巨型核航母
提供了技术储备。
俄罗斯的RITM-200型反应堆与中国的ACP100血缘很近，多项核心技术来自中国，性能相

俄罗斯《消息报》22日报道称，俄罗斯新一代10510型“领袖”级核动力破冰船的
设计将于今年年底前完成，目前已有实体模型。“领袖”核动力破冰船被认为是世界上
最大的核动力破冰船，船上将安装两座315兆瓦的RITM-400反应堆。由于使用最新技术
，破冰厚度超过4米，可以以10节的速度开辟50米宽的通道。这一主要用于北极的强大
破冰神器，在需要时还可以改为一艘军舰。未来俄准备在船上安装反潜装置、导弹或火
炮。
俄专家认为，船上的武器系统将主要用于护航。俄海军指挥部称，“领袖”级破冰
船是按民用船只建造的，而在上面安装武器系统是作为一种辅助设计方案。只有特殊时
期才可能安装武器模块。在破冰船的后部计划安装反潜装置、导弹、火炮以及无线电或
潜水设备的特种集装箱。
俄海军专家莫兹加沃伊称，在破冰船上安装武器系统并不新鲜，苏联时期，几乎所
有破冰船上都装有火炮系统。但在船上安装武器模块则是一项新技术。最受欢迎的模块
应是能够解决防空问题的武器系统。另外，俄罗斯已有“口径-K”巡航导弹集装箱，如

The EU122, being a German designed piano, is a superb quality instrument.
The offset spacing of the back posts, German strings and hammer felt are
just a few features revealing the European design of the instrument. The
sound is very full, with good bass presence, mostly due to the tapered
soundboard used in this piano. The EU122 is the only upright piano in the
