事实情况是怎样的呢：当时的骚乱在起初五天里，对LA韩国TOWN的破坏是巨大甚至毁灭性的，根本不存在“火拼”和“群起而攻之”，后来甚至不得不出动了米军，具体说是国民卫队和美军的王牌海军陆战队第一师，在这种情况下，局面转变，于是大家看到了YOUTUBE上面的那些画面。

我还想建议以下1880左右针对中国人的屠杀事件的发生日都游行一次呢。
毕竟那些屠杀事件在社会秩序不乱，公检法正常运转下，一个人都没判，也没人负责。
普通人里面我算比较关心历史，尤其是华人历史的了。
但以下华人屠杀事件，不是这次特意找出来，还不知道美国发生过这么多骇人听闻的事。
我们今天游行不就是为了避免这些屠杀事件再次发生吗？
自己不牢记，不宣传，连自己人都不知道这些历史，

通常针对的也不是什么胜率高的角色。riot最喜欢动刀子的是操作简单容易滚雪球的（
比如说akali diana 这种，不停的改来改去），要么就是统治职业赛场的（比如说
rumble varus nasus）。至于胜率什么的并不是那么重要。当然这两类英雄通常胜率也
不会差，但是这样就不能解释胜率55的mf只是小削，但是胜率50的varus和cait却是大削
。胜率不足47的shen会被削，胜率榜首的sona janna却一直不动。这几次patch被冲击大
的英雄都不是你提的几个，挑几个小改动出来说应验重点就不对啊.... |

屡屡都有出场，taric的晕百分百命中但是最长只有1.6s根本没人用。如果您打过ez就
知道碰到那些有沉默的英雄有多么的恶心，特别是在走位的时候你还把你可以e一下考
虑进去的时候，现在的meta流行的英雄基本都有突进靠腿走路什么人都追得上，盖伦的
悲剧就在这里。
如果鳄鱼w是长时间沉默，e过去awaq打一套然后e回来，对方根本没办法还手，以前那
些还能线上和鳄鱼干一干的elise ryze kennen 之流立刻变成提款机，盖伦来打下试
试？有突进先手外加沉默的话就是强力laner的代名词，Talon中路可以克制不少英雄靠
的就是这个，如果这个沉默的长度足够长到还可以让你撤退，或者你自己就内建撤退，
比如说Kassadin 6级之后，那就是80% ban rate的单排第一英雄。晕当然就效果来说
肯定比沉默好，但是riot在给晕效果的时候从来都不会给多少持续时间....nami从出来
开始riot一直在慢慢buff她，但是一直到riot把水球晕的时间从1.25加到1.5，她才一
