二月份出这DEAL的时候，是世界经济危机最厉害的时候，当时的资本市场，RIO TINTO
根本没有任何可能融到上百亿美元的资本，中国作为极少数几个可以拿出那么大本钱的
PARTY，是作为RESCUER进入的。这个DEAL对中国当然也是个好DEAL，对中国有利。
不过对于西方出尔反尔的担心还是坐实了。狗日的RIO TINTO在中国支持下重拾投资者
信心而撑过了危机（虽然资金当时没注入，但光那几百亿的 DEAL就足以使DEBTHOLDER
们安心了），股价到今天翻了近一倍，而且资本市场也解冻了，可以融资了。狗娘养的

关系到资源这些对中国极端重要的，贵的时候都不卖。便宜的时候，狗日的不行了，债
主排门口信用挤压了，想起中国来了，最后给用完了以后，一看股价涨得比中国在原来
价格上加了PREMIUM以后还高得多，而且现在能融资了，就反悔了。
本来这个DEAL要成的化，别说资源的战略价值了，光纸面的GAIN，就是几十亿了，是TG
难得的漂亮买卖。操，漂亮买卖狗日的西方是不会让你成的。

错。请问板上的高手，有没有都去吃过的。看起来Rio亚洲饭的选择会多很多，应该比M
好，不过M的评价似乎更高。是不是西餐种类更多些？如果只去一个的话，应该去那个
呢？知道会节日排很长的队。所以不敢买那个24 hr的pass。 |

至此Big Bend里三条主要分支已经走了两条，还有一条是通往Rio Grande
Village的，不过好像普遍认为那里没什么太好的景致，所以我只给那里留了
两个小时，聊作走马观花。这一侧二十多迈的山路跑下来除了远远就能看到
的Rio Grande的高崖层次分明外，好像也的确没太多东西。
我一路杀到道路尽头的boquillas Canyon Overlook, 到了overlook才发现那
立了个牌子，说在本overlook你什么也看不见，要看的话再往前走1迈多路...
差点没把我气死. 眺望一番，确认走一迈多路也不会看到什么了不得的东西，
掉过头来就往Hot Springs跑. 那个地方对老美说起来多少也算历史遗址，
除了更早时有土著居民定居外，在20世纪初开发西部时就有人跑到那里去开
温泉浴池。天然温泉以前还从来没见识过，这次德州行特意带了条游泳短裤，
看有没有机会去泡泡 :) 从路边按标志牌上了一条烂得不行的土路开上两迈，
是一个小停车场，下去走上五六分钟，就看见温泉了，泉边还真有人，基本 |

其实我对孙雯的评论有同感。Rio Ferdinand 在下半场没有存在感。Evra表现很差，但
是在Manchester City 进攻时，还是能经常看到他在防守，只是防守效果很差。替补登
场的Phil Jones虽然表现也差，但还有积极比赛的场景。Rio Ferdinand 下半场几乎没
有在转播画面中成为过重点人物，即便是在Manchester United 失球时，他也往往连背
景都算不上。当然这不见得是他故意为之，但是他的表现确实颇为失常。莫非是他身体

整理以前的录音并学习投票中。。。
这是我唱合唱以来非常非常喜爱的一支作品,因为它十分独特。作品描写了The Rio
Grande一天中从清晨到黄昏，从熙熙攘攘，到静谧无比。
作曲家是Lambert，作品十分长，大概14分钟左右。属于爵士风格的大杂糅，最值得称
赞的是里面的钢琴部分，实在是精彩绝伦，合唱和独唱也相得益彰。
这个版本是我们2004还是2005在中国首演的，中山音乐堂。
