水量
水温
机械动作：agitation/infusion和spin
化学物质：洗衣液中的酶，受投放时间和水温影响
prewash和soak都是为了更好的处理重soil衣物，一般机械动作会比较轻。三星的top
load现在有activeWash功能，就是放进一个sink在盖子下面，可以机洗前手洗或soak。
Maytag的PowerWash则是用高温剧烈动作来清理顽固污渍。
detergent在进水过程中一般就会被释放到桶里。bleach一般会在第一轮agitation之后
或者rinse中，以免会deactivate洗衣液中的酶。softener一般在第一轮rinse之后，老
式的agitator洗衣机的dispenser在柱子中，达到一定转速之后被甩出来。
还有就是，衣物呵护和清洁一般可以兼顾，但追求特别轻柔和特别清洁就很难，这就是
为什么市面上不同牌子有不同定位。 |

但问题大的不是洗不干净，而是残留是不是多。任何一种洗完都可以见到泡泡，多漂洗
一次也有，说明残留不够低。后来google发现是什么rinse agent太多了，因为大部分
洗涤剂自己已经有了，而且还够多，不能再用。网上有人说用白醋代替rinse agent可
以解决问题，这是唯一我发现洗完了没有泡泡的办法。 |

instrument to scrape it off. You may try too, but be careful. brush, floss and
mouth rinse often is the only thing you can do. Make sure you buy all the
dental products, like toothpaste, mouth rinse with the anti-cavity

if it's truly sinusitis causing the headache, needs to take care of the
sinusisit, take antibiotics, use nasal spray with saline, and also can use
steroid nasal spray such as nasonex(which is hideously expensive),
what you could also try is to get the sinus rinse kit from walgreen, i
forgot the name by now, but it's a combination of salt, baking soda, mixed
in lukewarm water and you can squirt it through nostrils, it will rinse
through sinus |

tsp non-iodized salt, mornings and evenings. Works wonder for me. :-)
You can also try homeopathic nasal sprays , e.g. BioAllers Sinus Allergy.
It's a type of alternative medicine, anything labeled "2X" or higher is
really very diluted and nothing to worry about.
BTW prescription Flonase is considered safe during pregnancy. |

从前年开始，我的鼻子就不行了，常年有少量的清水鼻涕，有时严重有时缓和些，秋冬
季节好过一点。
鼻子一堵塞，我就用NeilMed sinus rinse洗鼻子，还算有效。
但最近经常晚上洗过鼻子，夜里又堵上了，巨痛苦，因为睡不好觉，夜里还要起来再折
腾两个小时，等鼻子完全通了才能继
续睡。
想请教大家，还有什么办法能有效的对付过敏性鼻炎啊？？？ 最好能让我夜里睡个好
觉的。
我试过的办法：
医生开的nasal spray, 刚开始用还行，后来用完了鼻子很难受，所以停用。
鼻子特别难受的时候，关门窗，房间里开增湿器，空气过滤器。好像能缓解一点。

One nasal spray (NasalCrom) recommended by Mayo Clinic works very well, and
it is safe for pregnant women. But it takes a few days to build up the
protection.
I also bought two noti pots to rinse my nose several time with saline water.
One at home, on in office. Whenever I come back from outside, I rinse my
nose.
Air purifier helps a lot, we bought two, and let them run day and night.

我看那个洗尿布的视频，好像洗完后，尿布都是挺白的，没有黄迹，可能关键是第一道
不能用热水，她们是先用冷水，调到rinse and spin,把便便冲掉，然后再加洗涤剂，
用warm wash, and cold rinse洗的。所以，如果衣服上沾到了，也先用冷水冲一下，
再正常洗，可能会洗掉。 |

只cover一半，我自己出了另一半，大约两百多。完了以后本来医生要给我开口服抗生
素，吃一周的；但是考虑到是孕期，就开了抗生素的mouse rinse，每隔三天用那个漱
口一次就行了。这个mouse rinse才4块多。
我是怀孕后被OB说了要认真对待牙齿，才去看的牙医。OB给了一封release letter给牙
医，标明了各种能用的药及treatment，以及不能用的。
你那个保险付了80%，之后还要付那么多，难道是因为需要做deep cleaning的牙齿颗数

我们家宝宝的情况眉毛,额头,鼻侧,耳朵边上的黄东西我认为是cradle scalp,涂
aquaphor,厚厚的一层，每天涂几次。
我们家宝宝脸颊下颏红红的地方，摸着还有点硬，就是很紧绷，我觉得是skin
irritation + dryness。我们是换成dreft 的洗液，extra rinse然后在rinse only.
我们家宝宝还似乎对她睡觉脸接触用毯子垫的东西过敏，每次nap玩一侧脸都比另一侧
红.我给她换了一个就好多了。
这样坚持下来两天就会有改善。
我们现在要使洗完澡全身上cerave，脸上睡前再涂一层aquaphor，一定要厚厚的一层.
尤其是眉毛鼻侧，耳朵，脸颊。我要是哪天忘了aquaphor，第二天脸颊就会有点红，很
紧绷。

第一遍还很多泡泡，冲洗一下之后它本身留在食物上面的就很少了，
很快不减少表面张力产生什么泡泡了，剩下的食物表面油质蜡质全无，
rinse的容易程度感受与洗衣洗碗的表面活性剂完全不同。不然我看到泡泡有心理障碍
，觉得冲不干净。
也不贵，又是纯天然提取的，真不放心蔬菜水果的农药残留的不妨试试。
反正长时间浸泡是不科学的。 |

can safely put contacts in eyes right after soaking them for 6 hours in
