6. In some area, such as D.C., the rightest lane is usually for parallel
parking. The 2nd rightest lane is always right-turn-able when at a crossing.
Watch out the parking cars getting out their position. They cannot merge to
center lane quickly enough such that they usually use the 2nd rightest
lane to pass the crossing. And then merge to center lanes probably.
In this case, even if you are in right-turn only lane, some idiot driver
