和卖经，希望对以后的同学有帮助。
考USMLE 考试的战线拖的很长，这绝对不是一个好战略，但我没有办法，要同时忙
其他的东西太多。其实我觉得USMLE 应该速战速决，在模考可以的情况下，就可以去考
试了。
USMLE考试分选择题考试（STEP1,STEP2 CK，STEP3）和临床技能考核CS。
选择题考试的复习： 由于时间和金钱的原因，我没有参加国内USMLE 培训班。考USMLE
做题非常重要，如果能找到一些志同道合的朋友一起复习就更好啦，可以互相帮助。考
USMLE 最重要的就是一种心无旁骛的坚持。我刚开始复习的时候，也是刚来协和实习，
初来乍到，没有认识其他人一起复习USMLE，感觉特别孤单无助。每天在协和实习完就
剩下没多少时间可以看书了，但还是要跑到基础楼的自修室去看书。好不容易花了一年
的时间才看完了kaplan lecture note。可是等到后期复习的时候，先前看过的东西早
已经忘记，全当熟悉医学英语了。后面有幸遇到几个好朋友一起复习考试感觉就很好，

只能围在一起谈论政治话题，各种猥琐话题，就跟以前的一群街头猥琐社会青年聚会没

时间内必须给cleaning charge清单，如果查过时限了就把证据都整理好，带到法庭去。
这种都小额法庭，一般自己就搞定了，这么点钱好多律师都不愿意接。还有照相的费用
几百块也是riduculous，到时都可以指出来。 |

今年的纽约之旅对我个人来说是一个莫大的快乐之旅，见到了很多facebook上没谋过面
的朋友，见到了NACR的声势浩大，也跑了一个很开心的比赛，跑出了自己的personal
best。
感谢tonyprince的host，也特别感谢澳猫和wordpress的offer。这次的遗憾之一就是没
有见到澳猫，期望以后有机会。必须要感谢胖子主席，火星X，和wordpress，为NACR的
壮大奠定了坚实的基础。感谢路边观众的支持，以及同去的跑友家属的帮忙。最后自然
是和大家共同享受比赛了。
这次的旅行算是一波三折。周六上午波士顿去纽瓦克的飞机晚点，导致我担心可能拿不
成号码，期间还试图找胖哥帮忙代领（尽管纽约明令禁止）。最后终于算及时赶到，在
expo关闭半小时前领到bib，和大家成功接头，晚上去绿杨村腐败。好家伙，好几家的
记者在等着采访，诸位英雄也都华丽现身，录像照片无数。成功carb loading之后大家
分头散去，我随着tony回了他的宿舍。晚上休息的不错，感觉疲劳恢复了不少，周日早
上起来平添了不少信心。
