我于11月29日早，在信箱里收到citibank给李莉和我的来信，只称账号地址已经被
改为6112 Myrtle Ave, 2nd floor, Ridgewood, New York, 11385。29日上
午，我打电话问citibank，客服男的电话对方还有呵呵笑，称他进不了我的账号，要
我直接到银行去。我29日下午，做完工后直接跑去所谓的账号新地址，按门铃，问临
近，到头来，警察来了，不许我上二楼，也不许我问房东和那个自称是房客的年青外
裔男子。警察只称，他们没有在二楼找到我的老婆。30日早，我再打电话给
citibank，被告知两个账号都已被关。30日这天下午，我就被迫自己去另一个银行开
了一个账号，以便有支票用来付一些开销。30日晚，我再一次跑109警察分局，给了
警察有关银行账号和图书卡账号活动的信息。
12月1号早上，我先跑到法拉盛缅街的citibank。一个黑女客服称是李莉在1455
Myrtle Ave的那个citibank关的账号。我再次先跑到6112，Myrtle Ave，被两个

harrington park, norwood, hillsdale, montvale, 等等.
或者Essex 的livingston 和 millburn. 这些towns的高中都在在top 20. 而且离纽约
近, 缺点是房子较贵, 但房子升值保值.
不要去edison, 阿三太多, 17.3% (from http://www.city-data.com/city/Edison-New-Jersey.html)
高中他们而且是夜郎自大, NJ monthly排名50多, 两年前80多名. 高中很多阿三小孩,
很拥挤, senior class 超过500人. 好处是房子相对便宜一点. |

一般会带你绕一圈，介绍一下房子应该怎么看，有的房子看着好，其实住久了不舒适，
为什么。再比如有的房子有potential,值得看，即使第一眼不那么入眼，但是要价太高
，把potential都要足了，一定要狠杀价等等的trick 也都告诉你。不过也是因为我们
什么都不懂啦，也许她对懂的人不用这么麻烦。

车才能到Penn，光火车就要坐50分钟。交通不方便阻碍了房价上涨空间。应该在60万以

ramsey, montvale, hillsdale, park ridge ....当然，仅仅是在新泽西， 在全美就
完全数不上了。 比旁边的NY差很多， 很多。
俺家周围菲律宾人不多，倒是韩国人蛮多的， 还有几个日本人， 呵呵。

没问题。
以 CITY 中城为圆心， 又要好学区的话， BASKING RIDGE 算2小时圈（即单程
COMMUTE 需2小时）。 1.5小时圈的，如 new providence, berkeley heights，
房子本身条件基本相同（如果有的话），价格大约比 BASKING RIDGE 贵 15~30%；
1小时圈的， 如 short hills, ridgewood ，房价贵 50% 以上。 BASKING
RIDGE 80万的房子，到 SHORT HILLS 150万 也未必能拿下。

房当作了一种乐趣。 新泽西，长岛，Westchester, 从来不用Buyer's Agent。 因为
如果房子好，一定卖的很快，能卖很快的房子，Seller Agent必然不会希望跟Buyer
Agent分佣金, 必然会优先处理没有Buyer Agent的买家。 我们跟最喜欢的几个地区的
Broker都有联系，但从没签过协议，直到最后这个房子。
我看房是一个个Zip Code看过去的，75分钟能到曼哈顿的地区，可以说是无一不知，无

，送给学生就好了（还不能是有钱人家的小孩）。就这些便宜玩意，还要附上价钱，而
