一年前想在 康州 fairfield county （wilton，new canaan，ridgefield，darien 之一）
某镇买地。最近从房地产公司买了一块地。按照“as is” 进行的交易。我找了律师和
surveyor，调查出来这块地是四亩。卖给我的房地产公司已经解散。
我的问题是
1. 我准备打quiet title 官司确定boundray（因为房地产公司说是至少2亩）。 请问
谁有经验，有什么注意事项。
2.我要留两亩，卖掉2亩，请问市价多少合适？我的钱已经付清没有抵押。
学区是10分@greatschools（从e to h）。到纽约midtown开车1小时左右。 |
