推荐几个必去的ride
Millium Force -- cp的老招牌，建议傍晚坐，因为漫长的爬坡过程可以看到
晚霞倒映在广阔的湖水，幸运的话可以看到圆月，然后就是一坠千尺
Wicked Twister -- 因为是cp的独创，所以一定要做，貌似别的地方没有
很有创意的过山车，最高点很爽，对过扇车有点麻痹了，这是我第二次去的一个亮点
Skyhawk -- 没做过，去年建的，看起来很爽啊啊！！以我的经验，这种巨型秋千
比过山车有意思多
Maxair -- 很爽阿！！如果我今年去一定坐
Demon Drop -- 很爽很爽，但是很恐怖很恐怖。。。 十个人能有一个人敢上就不错
Power Tower -- CP居然有四个tower，两个向上两个向下接近1g的加速度，唯一缺点
坐完了以后会对失重失去感觉，所以强烈不建议先坐。。 可以放到最后坐
Top thrill dragster -- 大前年为了这个我专门跑过去，但是人太多没坐上
去年去了jersey的six point终于坐了一个一模一样的，因为这个类型的过山车

A few more to add regarding the rides: - Raptor, gotta try it at night when
it's all dark outside (only with the beautiful lights), such an amazing &
different experience. The new ride Maverick, completely wild and totally
unpredictable, another Must-Try. It's rather bumpy though. The Gemini, 2
coasters racing, a total breeeze, just safe, comfy & fun. The Dragster
actually feels Extremely comfortable, remember to keep the eyes open ALL
time, you'll feel like you're travelling thro |

first "century ride" from home near UU to BYU in Provo and back. But got
flat tire twice. Wasted time. Couldn't expect to finish 100 miles before
sunset. Had to cut it short and turned back in Lehi. My cycling app on cell
phone registered 69.6 miles for this loop. Still my longest ride so far.
The scene on the road was beautiful. Post some pics to share the joy of
living in this beautiful place with my fellow Utahans. |

这个周末天气还不错，虽然气温很低，但不下雨还有太阳，在这个季节就很难得了。感
恩节晚上吃了太多丰盛的食物，正好这个Black Friday可以出去骑车消化消化，也顺便
完成我自己的 One century ride (100 miles) per month的目标。
这次的路线是逆时针Lake Washington loop + 南边的Green River Trail 和
Interurban trail，全程102mile. 行程流水帐如下：
1. 早上9点出门，气温摄氏零下一度，地上全是霜。低温对轮胎和闸皮都有影响，
所以我骑得很小心，下坡的时候都捏着闸啊。
2. 沿着Burke-Gilman trail一直骑到华大，看了看里程表，从家里到华大IMA正好
17 mile，决定以后打球的话还是 |
