约时报都第一次报道时就注意到了。
第一时间，好像是第二天，就曝光了警察的名字，同时说明死者是完全清白无辜的。这
跟其他白人警察如杀布朗的威尔逊警官的处理很不一样。
当时官方说的是显然这是一个意外走火事故，似乎是一颗反弹的子弹打中了他。我当时
还专门查了字典，这个ricochet是什么意思。是1(Of a bullet or other projectile)
rebound off a surface: a bullet ricocheted off a nearby wall，的意思。但是
说还需要调查。
现在验尸官又说是故意打死的。奇怪是什么使他们当时产生“一次意外事故”的看法的
。如果是子弹打在墙上然后反弹过去，那就肯定是意外事故。这可以很快就通过查验周
边环境包括墙上有无新鲜弹痕就基本可以发现，再配以验尸。建议梁自家像布朗家那样
自己请刑侦专家调查。 |

The day before Yesterday, I watched a video on CNN, it listed the victims of
police brutality, and the first one named was Akai Gurley, not even Eric
Garner.
For Akai Gurley, I would suggest the victim family hire their own forensics
expert to investigate. Or NYPD cop Peter Liang's family can do that. Because
at first the NYPD said it was an accident, a ricocheted bullet from Liang's
gun killed Curley. This needs to be confirmed or proven false. At lease I

，除了那个布鲁克林女活动家Ty Black，其他如Gueley‘的表姐，还有那个FB Justice
for Akai Gurley 页主明天都要去法庭前面聚集。其表姐发表声明Ty Black不再代表
她家。
看样子，他们考虑一阵，感觉是华人闹了半天没有闹出名堂，媒体帮着抵制了，对黑人
的负面影响极小，华人自己看来也就熄火了。还有那个CAAAV的亚裔组织出面给他们撑
着。
也就是说没有把他们打疼，他们不怕。怎么办呢？网络反击战势在必行。既然集会游行
被媒体杯葛，那么我们至少可以在网络上大造舆论，从道德上战胜。就是说一定要把他

其实，就是拉枪栓的声音，都不这么危险：至少它不告诉对方，我没子弹了。
查到了这个，在韩战中，美军采用“双枪制”：两人配合，一个打，一个压满子弹等着
；等到“砰”一声弹夹弹出，对方露头时，压满子弹的那个就正好开火。
