我们昨天请人来把家里的空调管道(air duct),furnace,condensor 的里外coil,空调本
身以及烘干机的管道(dryer vent),真正干活有接近4小时时间,收了我们$490.我打电话
询价的时候,他们报的是$415,其中包括$250/unit清理费用+$15/vent(风口),我家有11
个风口,包括回风口,总共就$415.我们的房子比较小,总共有1400SF,一层的 RANCH
HOUSE,没有地下室,有crowl space,但整个空调都在房后露天的,所以他们操作起来还挺
方便的.
当他们来了之后,我们发现他们做的很仔细,就顺便问了问他们关于清理dryer vent的价

。只有在marina del rey附近很小一段路不临海。总的来说是很不错的bike route. 我
在Venice租的车，15刀半天。下次我准备往马力不骑。

刚从LA旅游回来，顺便开车去这几个区看了以下，感觉brentwood还不错。santa
monica的房子以wilshire blvd为分界，北边的环境要比南边的好很多。另外, lincoln
blvd路边近marina del rey有一些看上去很新的高层住宅楼貌似也不错。 |

老爸是钓鱼迷，来了之后带他到newport beach那家Davey's locker钓了一整天，船总
是走啊走
的，结果只钓了两条带不走的小鱼，船上其他人也没什么收获。大家能不能推荐个其他
比较好的地方
啊。我看marina del rey和malibu也有deep sea fishing，但不知道好不好。
另外我们家在santa monica，给老爸诚征钓友，省得总得我陪着去。老爸风趣幽默，仪
