要退，还要我出label。
我以为是因为camera降价了，就price match了，refund了25刀。结果不同意。
觉得还有可能确实是坏了。有如下问题希望神医们指点
1 第三方seller的return policy是几天，从什么时候开始算
2 如果return回来的没问题，我能charge restoring fee吗，因为买家现在是does not
work的return Request
如果是evil我回来更新地址

谎，不断重启怎么知道sd有问题？
我立刻回信，告知还有warranty，可以发给dell check
病人就消失了，又一个星期，file retuen as defective
求助，该怎么办？就200刀，但感觉实在不爽

is 0.00%, then your school district does not tax your income, and SD tax
return is not required. If the number is not 0.00%, you are paying SD tax
and you have to file the SD tax retuen.
