the earlier the filing date,
the earlier your case is to be processed,
and the better chance you have your green card early,
if the VB is not retorgressed.
I Just received an email from my lawer.
"We have been informed that the Department of State’s visa allotment for
green cards is going to retrogress to August 2007."
I really hope it's no true.
