learning permit上还有一段话：

我的问题是，按这段话说的意思，我用别人的车考的话他的车上保险了，也算符合条件
吗？还是说我必须先买车再考？持learning permit买车是不是保险会很贵? 可以持中
国驾照买车吗？

老印founder的比例是老中的差不多7倍，如果考虑到创业的怎么说都是比较牛更加成功
的人士，也就是说在人群中的比例应该比一般线性走向还要陡一些，再以移民人数大致
计的话，那么现在美国烙印技术移民的人数估计是老中的十倍不止。
这个时候总有人一定要非常认真地坚持说要客观，因为印度人聪明勤奋是事实，fine!

结果刚停了车他旁边那家就钻出一个人应该是越南人要给做SMOG test，我还纳闷问你
们是一家吗。我要test only.他说他们忙的时候我就帮他们做。我也没在意，就做了。
做了SMOG之后告诉我HC高了。就是尾气不够环保超了10个点。让我花200到在他那里换
火花塞。nnd虽然我是老车，但是从来没有fail smog。最后收了我37刀，说下次要是过
了的话，再给8刀。我一想，这越南仔不是好人。我必须去test only station.他这里
肯定不是。
我自己这里去SMOG test之前就开了5分钟。 早知道应该在高速上跑个半小时，把车预
热好了。 现在绝对不想在修车浪费钱。有人知道哪个smog test station比较好的。听
说有guranteed to pass 的smog test station。 Pass or free retest.给推荐一下。 |
