I'd imagine there are people who don't agree with my approach (luckily there
haven't been any 'you suck!' comments) though. It is up to you to decide
whether it is useful or not. If it is, may I suggst you spend a few seconds

Once you are a manager, you'd have to justify your reasoning if you apply
for an engineer job again. Of course, this is not an absolutely rule but a
likely question.
Which looks better depends on the position you are applying to.
The best answer is always the TRUTH. Don't doctor your resume to the extent
that you can't back it up. It's WAY TOO EASY for the interviewer to pick
you apart if you can't back it up with real experience. |

I have a 4 year degree from a university.
Should I put down the college degree information on my resume or should I
just leave it out and only list my high school information? Would they
think I am a loser for applying this position?

develop and test nnn function. While facing ... challenges, achieve.... '.
要把这些东西润色好,挺需要水平的. |

重点？我的resume两页，可是没有publication list（主要就是这个差别，再有就是排
版更密些），会不会提供信息不够全面呢？
有两点考虑：1.我要投的职位和我的背景很切合，没有想回避重点。
2.会附一个cover letter，把与职位切合的重点highlight一下。如果这样的话，是不
是CV长也没有失去重点的担心了？

description，但有几个问题不是太清楚，想请教一下：
1. perm的job description是不是可以和当初这个职位在公司网站上招人时的描述有区
别？比如说可以指定更多的技能要求之类。
2. perm的job广告是不是可以post在其他符合规定的地方，比如各种报纸之类。但是不
放在公司网站上？感觉直接放在公司网站上一个是误导（毕竟职位已经fill了，并没有
空的），而且收到resume估计也会大大多于刊登在报纸上。
3。perm广告能不能不放email地址，而要求用邮寄简历方式？感觉这样愿意投的人就会
少很多

我的PERM广告已经打了，现在收到了分十分QUALIFIED的简历，各方面完美的契合，一
个大概60岁的老太申请，因为经历很多经验也就很足，现在是只能面试她了。
第一个问题：由于各种要求他的RESUME上都达标，是不是只能用出问题她答不上来老拒
绝她，还有没有什么其他的好的方法来拒绝呢
第二个问题：如果他确实十分的QUALIFIED,公司考虑录用他并给她一个新的职位，这样
的TEST是否还算成功。

几乎相同排名的另一学校读过Master，国内本科综合排名20多某学校读的本科。
刚才从Linkin上了解到的Resume Global，然后把简历发给他们做了free review。
感觉他们对我的简历的建议几乎是正中了问题所在。
从他们网站看那个3-in-1（简历+CV+Online Submission）应该不错。毕竟不知道应该
投给什么样的公司。而且这一年我一直要为毕业论文和postdoc position seeking。
但是由于价格不菲，总共$400，而且怕被骗，所以在此向众同胞跪求建议。
