你说这正是injury guarantee要保障的，比如酒人自己的Bowman就是这个情况，
上赛季ACL根本没法出去找工作，所以球队得付钱把他养好。CK也是保障这个，
如果他career-ending了，球队得继续养他，直到61M付完为止，所以酒人有这个
让他掏钱给酒人买career-ending保险的条款。一般这种保险应该是球队掏钱。
酒人比较奸猾的是保障4.1才启动，所以如果是performance原因要跟CK restruct，
就可以一直拖到市场上坑差不多了才说就给你工资降到这个数，否则请走人，你牛逼
就看看还有没有球队这时候还给你坑，这对他们自己省钱大大的有利。 |

career in US reaches its limit since I have no management background in Big4
which is essitial for big company Sr. financial executives.
In that sense return Beijing and re-start from a hot area may not seem all
bad. But I have several concerns
1) Don't want to quit my current job, will a top 10 part-time MBA works for
breaking into IB?
2) Do you know any Chinese IB group or association in US where I can start

I once used one utra HRTEM with a 0.5 A spatial resolution to characterize 2
nm Pt particles. I directly saw surface atoms moving around and even
restruction of crystal structures. You may check papers published by
Christian Kisielowski at LBL. He may publish some papers on this topic. |

发帖数: 207 | 14 C在96到2004年是有问题. 我在读MBA的时候有做过这方面的study, MB在1993年左右时
候有很多人退休, 包括supplier也是, 就搞的MB outsource了很多东东, 另外也是应为
MB的大牛CEO wolfgan什么的退休, 公司被MBA take over, 那个大牛是engineering为
主, 后来就是光看钱, 有点象现在的toyota, 质量越来越差, 一直到2005 MB才开始改
进, 正个公司都被restruct了 |
