书面的东西，我很难相信。因为这个condo的价格有点低的离谱，居然还没有贷款什么
的。所以我只是猜测可能HOA不让出租，造成投资人进退两难，不得不低价卖出。
现在很想查查到底那个HOA有没有rental 限制。可是不知道去哪里查。
牛人指点一下吧，是否有啥官网之类权威的地方记录各个HOA的规定啥的呢？

已经给HOA打电话了，说是没有限制，但是心里还是嘀咕。
现在只好先出价，等到了给HOA资料的时候，再仔细研究是否有rental restriction。
要是有，宁肯损失千八百块的各种手续费，也不敢买啊 |

今天受同学怂恿，收了他的链接申请discover打算一人搞50刀，没想到秒拒
第一条理由是我inquiry过多，第二条是信用记录过短。
看样子是从Experian pull来的，我想了下貌似学校里也有个人跟我重名，八成是俩人
的记录被Experian重叠了。结果上网拿free report被拒，打电话给Experian问说
There is a restriction on my credit.
这个是因为ssn太新还是混了别人的记录被冻结了？我打了半天电话被踢来踢去，现在
都找不到接线员谈这个事，真心求各位建议该怎么办。。。 |

experian网站客服，那边表示there is a restriction on my credit report，然后她
表示可能是被冻结了。。。
Discover拒绝我的理由很奇怪，说过多hard pull，但是我申请discover之前只有3个
pull，这个我从transunion上面查到的，我自己不太可能是过多hard pull，只有可能
是跟人混记录了。
Experian也真奇葩，其他两家都没事，就这家给我整这个，discover这么渣的学生烂卡
都秒拒我，偏偏用的又是Experian的，肯定是信用记录太烂了。我的citi forward都很
顺利，Equifax的记录很干净。 |

vested 250
released 250
Sellable tax status: 0 paid at vest
cost basis $10 (example)
Taxes Paid $1100 （example)
250股其实拿到手的只有140股，剩下的110股交税了 （$110x10=$1100)
这样卖掉这140股，比如说是11块卖掉的，赢利 140x 11=1540 （忽略各种broker fee)
现在需要为这$1540收入报税，请问它的总的 cost basis是多少呢？
是vest时交的税$1100？
还是cost basis x 拿到手的股数 10 x140 =1400

高中就看过，当时被其中节食的叔叔震撼了，因为我贪生怕死，开始节食，想到要活久
一点，一块糖都不肯多吃。我小小年纪竟然有那么大毅力，坚持了近两年，想想现在真
是越活越倒退了。
calorie restriction确有其事，有实验证明，节食的小白鼠比多吃的小白鼠长寿25％
。当然一味节食，有副作用，但我脚着我们离副作用还有恨远的距离。所以，能坚持每
天少摄入20－30％，即1400－1600Ca／day，有利于减缓衰老， 省着点用器官，恨make
sense嘛。
