我的驾照将近四年满，马上要在我的生日左右过期（四月份），最近正筹划着
去赶紧更新一下，听说更新带齐证件即可，但是昨天收到一封州交管所
（Bureau of Motor Vehicles)发来的信件说我的driver license的
medical restricted card快要过期，让我赶紧renewal，还附上一个
form让我和我的physician 填写，大体就是说让医生来评估一下我能不能
开车，这种renew好像是每次renew driver license的时候都要搞
开始我还觉得这种医疗评估应该是惯例吧，所有人都要弄，结果问了一圈儿
别人renew都没听说过这个东西，再仔细想想，他们的意思是我现在拿的驾照

账户。账户里面有钱但现在available cash为0，不知道能不能卖手上的股票。
我查了一下，这个90-day restriction的原因是之前卖股票的钱还没到帐（unsettled
），就拿来买股票，然后在settle前再次卖出这个后买的股票，相当于什么都没花就拿
到了卖股票的钱，所以被restriction。
但是以前也有过类似的交易，卖了之后用卖得的钱立即买，broker显示过warning但没
有实际上的禁止，也就没太在意。所以搞不清楚到底什么算违规，求大牛们指点一二。
还有就是，这个90-day restriction的解释是When an account is placed on a 90-
day restriction, it means you must have full settled funds in your account

置，让我停外面去。原因是小区里有Parking restriction，大意是如果24小时车没移
动位置就会被拖走。而且她也怕被偷。虽然心里很不爽也不乐意，但也只能答应她。。
看来我的COOPER又得停外面去了。。
就想问下在外面租房子的人们，到底这个Parking restriction有没有过拖走车的可能？
换句话说就是这条文是真的会实施呢还是只是个纸老虎？

% 的restricted stock,初一听满美，相当于每年20多k,然后再一说要三年vest.也就是
说明年2015年的stock,假设能在2016年三月给，然后得到2019年三月才能vest.
真操蛋，这个四年以后股票都不定跌成废纸。

制可能不同，但大多是和工作年限和业绩挂钩的。比如有的公司发restricted stock
是3年vesting period。也就是说你每干满一年拿1/3的股票。公司宣布给你发股票的那
天叫grant date,之后每满一年的那天叫vesting date。如果你在grant date的30天内
make 83(b) election，每年vesting date那天1/3的股票数乘以vesting date那天的股
价做为收入报税。如果你没有make 83(b) election，公司宣布给你发股票的价值(总股

restriction，说可能might be nothing，但是需要之后每四周检测一次，我回来在网
上查了一下，blood flow不够的话，baby可能会偏小，或者需要早产之类的。但是这个
医生也没有告诉我restriction的程度，网上看有个数值的，大于这个就不好，我也不

老公要我不要瞎担心，但是我还是忍不住上来求个祝福，第一胎，是个boy，现在大小
都是正常的，而且都是70 到80%，实在不明白为什么blood flow会不足，祈祷我和baby

If it's the former, more than likely they meant that kids under 12 are not
allowed to fish near the pond (some park have this policy). I really haven'
